Quality Cleaning Company

This provider advertised deep cleaning. The deal was to include cleaning of appliances. When the cleaner found grease on the outside of the oven, she called the owner and stated that the apartment was in bad condition. The owner called back and apologized but this put a very bad taste. I would not recommend this provider. The deal specifically stated deep cleaning which included items that the cleaners refused to do. They called and told me that I could come and look at the job they had done. When I arrived, they had the coats and hats on and ready to leave. There were items that needed to be completed but they weren't prepared to do it.

THIS IS AN UPDATE. The two cleaners were professional and were on time. They *said* they could accommodate all my needs. While I appreciate them doing the dishes with the dishwasher (this was the accommodation) after I had a chance to look at the apartment and inspect the work, I was disappointed with a number of things. The floors were left dirty under the tables, couch, and other furniture; the kitchen walls were left dirty. The square footage was under the 1,000 limit, as I directed them to clean only the hallway, livingroom/diningroom, and kitchen. I received a call to check the work very soon after the workers departed, and I hadn't had a chance to check all of the work. The cleaners were very kind and punctual, if I hired Quality Cleaners again, I would be EXTREMELY SPECIFIC with my directions.

Very well. Both women (Yvony and Melagros) who came did good work and did deep and effective cleaning.

My experience with them was horrible. They're not cleaners. That's what they do, but they have no professionalism at all. I have laminate floors that they mop. They just swirled the mop when they should have went with the design and went up and down. They also did the windows and the bathroom and that was it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The two ladies that came were very personable and very likable. I would absolutely not use them in the future.

It all went very well. I left them in my apt for the 3 hours, as I had an appointment, and they were finished by the time I returned.

Professional and courteous. Would heartily recommend this cleaning company.

The workers did a great job. Turned my kitchen back to new. Used them again.

The 2 ladies who came were wonderful. They were on time, very polite and worked incredibly hard. They did an excellent job. They had been instructed to provide a total of 6 hours of cleaning time, which they did. The only thing was that I bought the special offer that was "deep clean" the aparment and clean inside the oven and fridge. The list of what was included was way longer than anyone can do in a total of six hours labor, so I would have liked to know at the start that what I was actually purchasing was 6 hours of cleaning. I would certainly hire them again.

Two person crew worked a solid three hours and around movers who started moving in as they were cleaning. Generally we were very pleased. Thorough work on the appliances, baths and windows. However, even though it was a 2 bedroom apt they weren't able get to everything in the time window. And only did an ok job mopping the floors. We had to re-mop the floors almost immediately.

Nana was easy to work with and responsive to requests for tasks being performed in a certain way. A few little things didn't get done, mostly because there was an awful lot to do in the time available, but overall, she did a good job in a cheerful way and I look forward to having her work for me again. Another perk is that when you call the company, you talk to the owner, who knows her staff and wants to please the customer. A good experience.

= Showed up on time.., two women with energy. Checked all cleaning supplies. Took tour of apartment and asked what I wanted in each room Set work with a vengeance. The microwave and oven sparkled. Floors were gleaming. Glass doors and mirrors sparkling Made beds, vacuumed, mopped,dusted. Friendly, relaxed and professional..Baseboards, frames lamps were all dusted. my bathroom floors were cleaned on hands and knees!!!!! My apartment looks brand new. Highly reccommended

On time and punctual. Very friendly and asked what I needed done. Very thorough cleaning on the bathrooms. Work was done very well. She was here four hours and used her time wisely. She asked how I felt when she was done to make sure I was satisfied.

Company sent two people. Both were punctual and professional, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job!

There were two girls for three hours- one came later than the other. One girl took forever to clean the bathroom and didn't u stand why. After inspection, she still missed some areas. The other girl you could see she knew what she was doing! Took apart the stove, used a screwdriver to take it apart to clean! Very impressed. She also worked fast. Overall they were good.

Lot of problems with the company--they told the cleaners I had paid for 6 hours, when I paid for 8, so I lost the first half hour (of both people's time) while they tried to figure that out. (I printed out the angies list and the cleaners were shocked at how much I paid, versus how much they got paid.) Quality of cleaning was OK. But I worked much harder than either of the women, who were half my age. I hired people to help me do what I can't do, but they were pretty slow. But the real problem is that things went missing. The $40 for the tip I'd got out of the bank was missing, so I figured I'm misplaced it and wrote them a check. But my unlimited-ride metrocard and my credit card, which were in a different place, also disappeared. I thought maybe I'd misplaced them (although I know they'd been there the night before) until someone tried to charge $1500 on my credit card at Barneys. The company stood by their folks, which I respect. After I posted this initial review, the owner called me back and was very concerned. It sounded like they kept an eye on that worker and let her go, but they didn't get back to me. The owner offered to make things right. It felt genuine. It is possible her assistant just handled my e-mail absolutely terribly. It is possible that I fell through cracks and I do think they have learned from this, but it was a painful fall.

They were excellent. They were great.

I was very surprised by the work accomplished by the two women, Cassidy and Yvonne. It was beyond my expectations, and have had additional work done since then.

The cleaners did what was asked and performed the tasks very well.

they did a wonderful job. They put all of the loose pots, utensils everything away. The mopped the floor, cleaned the sink, stovetop and swept. They were pleasant. I want those two ladies to return. I have more cleaning that I need done.

I used half of it. I have to use the other half of it.. It was fine. The worker was fine. I have worked with her before. She is very willing to help. The company is fine and they are very responsive.

I showed the woman the cleaning supplies I had and she said that they were no good and I needed to buy better supplies. So I did for about $50 and then the work she did was not of good quality. There seemed to be some issues as well with the communication from the management and I have decided to stop using them.

It was good and helpful. They didn’t get everything accomplished in the one session.

The two cleaners were very pleasant and worked hard.

I should have had them do more (clean the insides of the cabinets, vacuum the inside of drawers etc) to use the full time allotted. They didn't volunteer to do any extra scrubbing, and I've found that other cleaning services that want my business will volunteer and pay attention to fine details. They were a solid B but nothing that really thrilled me for the price I paid.

Two people came to clean who were polite and pleasant. The service was for eight hours for a small 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. They came late and didn't completely clean the home. They were slow in doing the work. The company asked for additional funds for transportation, and was unfamiliar with travel to the location of the home. 40
