Description of Work: They arrived on time, made my home spotless. I have been recovering from back surgery so it was great to have someone get into the corners and spots I couldn't reach. I received a deal from Angie's List and they stayed 5-6 hours in my home and I couldn't be happier for the price. Julian was great!

Description of Work: The person they sent was very courteous and professional. SHe completed all I asked and other things that were needed. The only issue I had was that she did not rinse off certain areas she cleaned after she washed them. Otherwise it was an excellent job.

Description of Work: This company has never responded to my requests for contact. It was a gamble to ask for service from Manhattan! I wonder if it is possible to get a refund on the $49.00 ? Description of Work: Quality Cleaning Co. periodically cleans my New York City apartment, which is a second home for us. Although we are on an irregular schedule, I can count of QCC showing up when I need them. They do a thorough job of cleaning, and leave the apartment ready to use. The owner is very responsive to emails and phone calls; I can count on her to get back to me quickly if I have a question, or to confirm cleaning times when I send them to her. I definitely plans to use QCC for as long as we own the apartment.

Description of Work: It should have been stated in the ad that beyond a certain distance they'd be charging $20.00 extra for traveling time. I don't remember if they told me on the phone whether they'd also be charging for tolls which in NY are very high. I could understand that but I didn't know in advance of these 2 issues which would bring the price up much higher. Also, in your magazine you warned about problems with cleaning services such as theft and customers should ask for references, etc. This was not what I can deal with.
