Description of Work: Provider was cooperative and professional in her work. She cleaned and dusted kitchen, bath and living room in this studio apartment including shelving, floors and appliances. The apartment had just been painted; and things were still a bit disorganized. I was very happy with the results.

Description of Work: The dates above are not accurate as I don't remember exactly when I had the service done. The cleaning itself was well done. The only trouble is with scheduling, as they mixed up the day and had to scramble to get people there, but they went overboard to try to make up for the mistake. I would say that as long as you double check with them and call to confirm that they will be there on the right day and at the right time, the cleaning itself was handled well. I have used this service twice, and the cleaners were industrious and thorough.

Description of Work: Overall, we had a very good experience with Quality Cleaning. The main person that we used through Quality was one of the best that we've ever had clean. Trustworthy, pleasant, hard-working and thorough. Over the course of time she got to know exactly how we like things, which is priceless. Most of all our small dog loved her. The owner of the company was always responsive and willing to work with us for events or to schedule alternates when our main person was unavailable. If ever there were any challenges, we always thought the owner handled them well and was fairly consistent in being responsive and always found a way to address any issues- no matter how discrete.

Description of Work: Unclear in arranging whether one or two people being sent. Sent two and one did not speak English, so effectively only one doing as I asked. Cleaning job was poor. Left residue of cleaning products on items cleaned.

Description of Work: The work was done well and the cleaning person they sent was very polite and did good work, just they did not specify that we must provide our own cleaning supplies, so that added to our costs. I would consider using again if they dropped their prices or maybe sent more than one person.
