Description of Work: Quality Cleaners did a fabulous job! They also were very responsive and very professional. I say "responsive" because I had to reschedule the appointment twice, and there was never a problem with that.

Description of Work: I contacted this company to clean my house and thought that I would develop an ongoing relationship with it. Unfortunately, after two successful performances, I discovered that the company was not reliable or professional. The individual to whom I had given my key left the company and no one notified me. I found out by contacting her to confirm my next scheduled appointment. When I contacted the company's owner, she offered assistance in having my key returned or my locks changed but because she did not notify me that her employee had left the company or ensured that my key was returned, I had no confidence that she would properly deal with the situation. Thankfully, I resolved the issue on my own. But I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: They stalled service appt. until January 5th. Therefore when they told us that they could not do the cleaning job it was too late according to your people for me to get a refund of my $119. That is very unfair since I called Quality repeatedly to do the job and they were not responsive. I want my money refunded before I pursue this further. Thank you.

Description of Work: Cleaned two bathrooms and 1/2 a kitchen. |It was necessary to call the cleaning service to reconfirm as the appointment was made in October for January 9, 2015. It did not appear that the company was aware of the appointment. And although it was for a full day, the office said it was for 3 hours. I indicated that it was for a full day and the company said they would send two people for 4 hours each. One stayed 4 hours and one for 3 1/2. Both were competent.
