Description of Work: Deep cleaned bathroom,door panes dusted surfaces, vacuumed. Confusion re: hours rectified by call to office. Our home was larger than expected size so we had to downsize tasks. In retrospect, I'd have prioritized tasks so freezer could be cleaned instead of panes of glass & detailed dusting. Recommend future clients to have very specific list of what you want done. What cleaners were able to accomplish they did well.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for 16 hours of house cleaning. The workers are not very thorough, and I didn't feel like my house was very clean after they visited. I only asked for basics like sweeping & mopping floors but they didn't do a great job. In addition, something seems a little funny with their central office, and I felt like they were trying to cut me out of some of the hours I had purchased. With so many house cleaning services to choose from in New York I would not recommend this one.

Description of Work: My house was a wreck. I tried to communicated with the service before they came but the did not reach out to me. They decided to send 2 cleaners for 4 hours without talking to me. One cleaner came late and went to breakfast then lunch in 3.5 hours, she also did not speak English (which wasnt a deal breaker if the other cleaner could talk to her.) She could not communicate with her well either; since, she didn't speak Spanish so the other cleaner did what she wanted to do for 3.5 hours. I even tried to communicate using a phone app. The other cleaner was good.I would have liked her to come regularly.

Description of Work: THe only problem I had was that they didn't really consolidate and put away loose stuff. They left neat piles but a fair amount of them--like on my dining table. Otherwise nice people, good job.

Description of Work: The first time they came to clean they left a lot of things dirty. The women in charge of the company did try to make it better by sending someone else to do a better job. The Quality Cleaning Company ad says they offer a DEEP cleaning but none of the women sent to clean knew anything about a DEEP cleaning. That was very disappointing! I am still looking for a cleaning company that knows what a deep cleaning entails!!
