Description of Work: "Deep cleaning" of 1st and 2nd floors. Of the 2 cleaners, one came on time and did a great job, cleaned the 1st FL, bathroom very well, and the oven very well. The other person showed up late, kept asking what I wanted cleaned (I expect them to be able to see and take action) and didn't clean great. Overall I was satisfied, hope for an improvement in attention to detail, proactive approach to cleaning. I spent $75 on supplies for them to use, a list of what is expected would be useful.

Description of Work: She was prompt and very professional. She did a great job! I have only one complaint. She asked my daughter and myself to bring upstairs a few items. The water and bucket for mopping, some other cleaners and paper towels. We are not the ones doing the cleaning and should not have to bring the stuff needed room to room. Other than that it was perfect and I'll definitely use them again!!
