After setting up and then changing my appointment dates twice, Elba apologized and then gave me an extra hour of cleaning time on the new date/time. The two Jennifers arrived separately. They were very professional, diligent and efficient. They asked me some questions about what I wanted to keep and what to throw out. They spent four hours setting up my kitchen and dining room properly, clearing the counters, organizing the shelves and throwing out boxes and other stuff. They didn't take a break! They were really pleasant and efficient. The job was very well done and although it took a little time to "find" things, everything worked out well and I was very satisfied with the results. I would definitely use them again.

I bought several coupons and put them together to help me organize and clean out several rooms that had been used as storage but were going to be used by my son. Two ladies came and worked very hard, helping me pack up books and sort through what should be saved or thrown out. They were professional and helpful, and always looking for more to do. They got everything packed and sorted and straightened up, and then did some cleaning as well. I will definitely use their service again

I was buried under boxes of paper. It was so daunting I didn't know where to start. I was embarrassed -- some of the paper dated back to 2005 and earlier -- but I never felt judged. It was tedious work. The professional helped me get a handle by organizing three piles: keep, maybe, shred. I definitely want to use the company again

She cleaned my terrace for me. She was wonderful. She was on time and worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. She was very professional. She took all the trash to the dumpsters down 15 flights (using an elevator) and back. Her name was Jennifer and she was wonderful.

They use your cleaning products which is perfect for me. When Celina was leaving she gave me some cleaning tips that I will definitely employ.

That time employed by them and myself made a big dent in the amount of work which needed to be done. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. I could not have asked for anything better. When there was a mixup re a previous appointment, the owner, Alba, offered an hour extra of her own help to compensate for the missed appointment. I am most happy to recommend them and probably use their services again myself.

The three person crew arrived exactly on time and the supervisor went over with me what needed to be done. They immediately went to work organizing and involved me every step of the way, making sure whatever they did met my approval. I have closets on each floor and each worker worked on a closet, and I had no apprehension at all allowing them into areas of my house when I wasn't present. When the organizing work was done, they cleaned the areas I requested and did a great job. They arrived on time, left on time, and presented me with a bill that matched the estimate they gave me.

They were professional. They did not do a perfect job but they did a very good job. I'm not sure that the power washing was an ideal choice, they power washed the floors to clean between stone tile. It would've been better to simply bleach the areas instead of power washing. I'm not sure power washing was necessary, it was effective in the kitchen but not completely effective, I don't think it got all of the cement. The power washing did help, but I don't know if it was the best route to take. They were prompt, the price was rather high due to the power washing.They used the new best cleaning products to use. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous. They are also very flexible as to how cleaning should be done and take direction well. They charged $20 an hour per cleaning person, which is reasonable and lower than other companies. It is a small company but they are thorough. Two people were at my apartment for 5.5 hours and one person (the power washer) for 1 hour to 1.5 hours. The power washer was very careful when moving my dining table, he moved it out of the kitchen and then moved it back. They were also careful with the glass coffee table top because it needed to be removed. The bathrooms were pretty much spotless as well as the kitchen counter which is tile with a tile backsplash. The cleaning products, sponges, and scrub brushes which came to a total of about $90, which was paid for separately.

Elba was able to fit me in at very short notice. The cleaner sent was great. She listened to everything that I wanted done and completed all work required.When she was done it felt like I had a new apartment. I was happy to book bi-weekly cleaning after this spring clean

,When I called the Quality Cleaning Company I was in desperate need because it was very clos to Thanksgiving and I was expecting house guests. I had not arranged for any cleaning. She was so nice on the phone and she went out of her way to find someone for me. I was very pleased with the cleaning. She did an amazing job. She worked very hard and saved my holiday.

Everything went very well. The cleaners arrived on time, and they were very polite, cheerful and efficient. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend the company.

I worked with the owner of this business to schedule one of her contractors to come and clean our apartment. My wife and I were both pleased with the work and the rate. Thus, we have the same lady come back to our place every week to take care of our cleaning. I think the rate of $20/hr is a reasonable deal. The work completed is consistently good and we trust her enough that she has keys to our place and comes and goes at the appointed times. Also, I get a text to check in each week just to make sure we are expecting and want the service for the given week. We will surely continue to work with this business.

They were very good, efficient and nice. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were terrific. I would rate them highly.

I recently moved to a new apartment and needed the services of a house-cleaner in order to make the place livable ( the last tenants were not the best housekeepers). I have used cleaning services in the past and have had very poor experiences with them. Lateness, poor cleaning, not showing up at all, even theft of my property! I have been through it all. A friend of mine recommended this company, saying she had been using them for years. I called up, spoke directly with the owner, and made an appointment. That was 6 months ago and they've been coming to my place once a week since then. I have a regular worker assigned to me, She is thorough, prompt and courteous. On the rare occasions when I have had to cancel an appointment I simply call the owner of the company and she promptly makes new arrangements. She will also call periodically just to make sure I am happy with the job being done. It is a pleasure dealing with this company and it's employees and I would surely recommend it to others.
