Quality Cleaning Company

They did an excellent job on my home cleaning very happy with the outcome . And it only took a couple of hours. Great job !

It was horrible, Here is the thing they send two people and I didn't realize is or maybe I missed the small writing and the guideline that they stated that even though we were supposed to be, I think it was an eight hour service because they send two people they cut into four hours because the felt two people should be able to do eight hours worth of work in four hours which make sense but it didn't happen that way and one of the cleaners that they sent out actually leave which she was only here for two hours, all they had to do was clean two bathroom, they cleaned the kitchen and the refrigerator and they also said they, even though it said deep cleaning that was not really the services were provided because I wanted them to clean out my closets and they said that wasn't part of it well I said what is deep cleaning they didn't do a good job I continue keep going over other areas that you know they clean the bathrooms but then I realize they didn't clean the tub.

They were terrible. First of all the lady came on the wrong day. The lady didn't do badly but the company itself is terrible. The lady came a day early and she came at the wrong time as wee, and I guess for 12 o clock she showed up at about 10 o clock. Well just about at 10 o clock I got home from running so it was a lucky thing cause she might not have found me. And ok I accommodated her so between that the wrong day and wrong time I really was not impressed. I wouldn't use them again.

The service was good. The girl that came was a good girl. Her name is Jasmine but there was a bit of confusion because it was supposed to be a thousand square feet for as long as it took and they only scheduled us for only 4 hours. It took longer than 4 houses and I paid her for the extra hour.

They were fine. They kind of estimated the place to be a little bigger than what I thought. I think everything worked out. They came, they worked and they finished up the job. I had them do the half of the house that kind of met the specifications of the size. They were pleasant people. I didn't realize that you needed to have all of your own supplies and everything. They made sure that I got what I needed. Overall, I was satisfied. They couldn't come but I called them up and they were flexible. It was good but I don't think it was exceptional. The price was good. I don't have any problems with the price. They seemed pretty responsive.

I believe two or three workers came. I did not feel the house was as clean as it could have been. So, I would not be using them again. I paid extra for them to clean the refrigerator and the stove and neither one of them were cleaned. They did say that if I ever wanted to use their service again, they would have somebody come out and clean that for free or she could send somebody out just to clean those two and I just declined. The owner was very professional. She was very nice, but she was not the person cleaning the house.

Went very well. The person who came was very professional, and did a great job. She was very responsive to the areas we asked her to focus on, and overall did a great job. She was on time, and worked thoroughly all the time she was there.

It went very well. Nelda and Paulette are both so nice too, and professional.

Showed up on time and was very courteous and efficient.

There will be no limit to the amount of time spent cleaning your home to get the job completed. The crew was punctual but showed up without cleaning supplies. I was told this was "normal", but it was not stated at any point in the written ad on Angie's List that I would need to supply the supplies. I had to scrape together supplies and they had to work with what I had -- if I had no equipment, they would have cleaned nothing. The office had difficulty scheduling me, I got the impression they worked off of scraps of paper. I paid for a specifically written, highly detailed, no time limit "deep cleaning" based on square footage. The workers prepared to leave after three hours, having cleaned only the kitchen and a half-bath. They were told the cleaning was 3 hours by their office. They did not know I already paid, and tried to collect from me -- also offering to clean further for more cash, which I declined. The office "allowed" them to stay an "extra" hour to clean a full bath. I never paid for cleaning services before. I was disgusted by the entire situation and did not get what I paid for. I certainly cannot recommend this business. Update, 2/29/2013: I actually was called by the cleaning company after they read the review I posted here. I was lectured about "karma" and told a bunch of nonsense by a very irate employee. I was told the cleaners took photos and sent them to the company while they were in my home -- I certainly didn't know or approve of that. Unprofessional in the extreme. I bought a "deep cleaning" with no limit on how long it might take. But I was told my home didn't qualify for what I purchased. The company later tried to change things by saying my home was "too dirty" to clean in the amount of time . . . they say was in the written ad, which, of course, had explicitly stated there was no time limit. I find it absurd that I only wanted my kitchen, a full bath and a half bath to be cleaned, and it took 2 people 4 hours to do. According to the company there was too much buildup on my fridge shelves -- which they translated into the phrase "extremely bad conditions", in an attempt to try and justify their nonsense. Disgusting. Therefore, I am posting this update. MEMO TO QUALITY CLEANING: When you read this, do not call me again to discuss it.

It was great. They arrived on time on the day of service and my apartment was immaculate when they finished. The apartment is empty because I am selling so they cleaned every nook and cranny. Inside the cabinets and the closets, windows, walls, ceiling fans, floors, oven, everything. By the time they are done I wanted to move back in. The workers were professional and very amicable. The deal I had purchased was for 16 hours of cleaning for the price of 299 and it was well worth it. I actually have some hours left and will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend.

The cleaning lady came in listened to what I described I wanted and got right down to work. she did a spot on job and I would like to have her come once a month..

Tremendous job, responsive and eager!

It went very very well!! The radiator in one of the bedrooms was filthy and they were able to clean and disinfect it. Two people came and stayed for a couple hours. I would recommend them and will certainly use them again

I scheduled my first appointment but the day before I found out I would not be able to make the appointment. I was told that there was a 24 hour cancelation policy. I said that if we were looking exactly at time we were at 22 hours. This seemed a little silly to me so, I called back o complain she finally agreed but, she seemed a little cagey when I tried to reschedule. I was scheduled 10 days later. When I finally had the appointment. The ladies were nice enough. But I was told right away that the cleaning would be for 3 hours with 2 people. Even though it specifically said on the deal I purchased that there was no time limit it was just a deep cleaning and that they would stay until they were done. The cleaning itself was not terrible but certainly not a deep cleaning. Even counters were not wiped completely clean (this seems like a basic). She told me to check the work when she was done but, you can't catch everything. I ended up remopping the floors.

Excellent service mainly due to two energetic, professional women who went about their tasks with concentration and know- how. They listened well and acted in line with that.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Company responded to my request the next day and scheduled cleaning for my first choice date. Answered e-mail questions the same day. The two women who came to clean my apartment were friendly and professional. They listened carefully to my questions/requests. Required minimal to no direction and did a very thorough job. As a matter of fact. I walked in the bathroom and found one scrubbing the grout with a tiny brush. They left my stainless steel appliances shining and streak-free and the marble and granite glistening. They were friendly and careful around my small dog, making sure not to leave open cleaning supplies or water bucket unattended. Could not have been a better experience. Have to admit that in spite of the company?s A ratings, I was surprised at how good they really were.
