It was everything I expected from the reputation of Angie's List. Selina worked hard for the entire four hours she was here...it was a big job. She was prompt, cheerful, willing, and a superb representative of your services. I would use her again.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL, I HAD JUST GOTTEN BACK FROM S.C. AND HAD TO HAVE APARTMENT READY FOR NEW TENANTS. CLEANERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY, I HAD TO GO AND TAKE CARE OF SOME BUSINESS AT BANK AND WHEN I GOT BACK THEY WERE GONE BUT, HAD CONTACTED MY DAUGHTER TO LET HER KNOW THEY WERE FINISHED AND LEAVING. I ONLY HATE I DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO SAY THANK YOU LADIES FOR A GREAT JOB.

one problem--the cleaner came to the wrong address on the day of service, had to reshcedule for the next day. I'm not sure whose fault this was--not mine--I made it clear where the service was to be performed. But the cleaner traveled very far two days for this one job. and it wasn't her fault.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. They did a good job. There was some miscommunication about the starting time and then they came in an hour late. But they did the time that I paid for. They just did a good and thorough job. I have to ask them a couple of times to go over stuff.

I purchased a coupon for a special deal which included 4 hours of cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. However, on the date they were supposed to arrive, no one appeared. I emailed the owner, who replied quickly. When she discovered that the assigned cleaner couldn't come, she replaced her herself and did a thorough, excellent job. While she didn't arrive until 4 hours later, she came on the same day and I was grateful for that.

Everything went very well. She was focused and very professional.

Quality Cleaning Company were okay. They were supposed to set-up a monthly thing but they never came back. I paid for a deep clean and it wasn't even close to a deep clean and there was actually a whole part of a room that they didn't finish.

I purchased a big deal from them. They never called me and were unresponsive.

Carmen was great! She was super easy to work with, cheerful, and followed my list exactly. She handled a couple of nonstandard items easily. Many other cleaners I have used just ignore my list and clean whatever they feel like cleaning, leaving some important things untouched, or spending time on areas that are already clean. El was also very responsive in handling the scheduling. I was more pleased with this service than any other I have used. Thanks Carmen and El. My place looks great!

They were awful and terrible. They sent two workers over who were both very slow. One was much better than the other. They ended up breaking one of my shelves in the kitchen. The one who did it didn't even mop the floors. I wouldn't recommend them. They didn't charge me more than the big deal purchase. They did such a terrible job so they gave me a discount. I would not use them in the future.

These guys were great! Dealt with Elba over phone and Text and responded quick to any questions I had and was very flexible with Dates. She sent over Yumira and Sasha to help me get ready for a huge birthday party for my wife that I was throwing. Both worked quickly and were professional and courteous. We have big apartment (1600 sqft) and they did a remarkable job helping me out! I would definitely use them again!

The woman who cleaned my apartment was very nice and did a decent job of cleaning, though it wasn't super-thorough. Lots of shelves left undusted, but I do have a lot of shelves. She asked over & over again if there was anything else I wanted her to do. But the thing that's making me rate them "Fair" is that, after she left, I noticed that the tub where she emptied out the mopping bucket was left completely filthy with dirty water and crud. I understand that my tub drains slowly but she should have made an effort to clean that up prior to leaving. So that was a disappointment and a reason not to use them again.

I enjoyed them very much! I thought that the 2 of 1 was way better than the other but certainly I was pleased when they left for the day. I didn't pay any extra as a matter of fact, the owner advises me that they still owed me sometimes. I would say that I would use them in a heartbeat. The first girl was terrific but the one other girl wasn't as good but I really have done many complains that I don't think that in the amount of time considering that they still have that left, I think she should spend more time.

15th August, 2013 Update: I just got a call from out of the blue from this contractor today. she must of read our review, which gave them a C overall and indicated the issues we had with the service. She was quite angry and immediately started to use very hurtful and unprofessional language, calling me "a liar, a cheat, and a thief." She claims that I "stole money from her." Why? Because I wrote a bad review? Isn't that the point of the List? I'm not sure how exactly to respond to this, other than to say that I have faithfully recorded our experience with this contractor and our opinions, although unacceptable to her, do fairly represent our experience. We are not satisfied customers, and the review reflects that. Her behavior today was, in my opinion, highly unprofessional and indicative of a service that I would not recommend to others. There are many ways to resolve a dispute or respond to a negative rating on Angie's List without resorting to name-calling and unsubstantiated accusations. I sincerely hope other customers have not been treated this way. ------------------------------ The service did a poor job organizing the job and it required a great deal of follow-up to get something even approximating fair value for the money we paid. Specifically: 1) We rescheduled the first cleaning appointment over the phone because of travel plans. We confirmed the new date with El over the phone prior to leaving on our trip. I still got a call from the woman sent out to our apartment (who had almost arrived) while I was traveling and had to break the news to her that she wouldn't be cleaning that day. 2) When the second woman came to clean, she was alone. We were really surprised by this, as this was a deep clean and it should have been 2 people for an apartment of our size. Later, El confirmed this on the phone as a clear mistake on their part. Unsurprisingly, the second cleaner took a long time to clean a relatively small portion of our apartment, without many of the advertised features of the deep clean service. In fact, the ad specifically says "service provider will remain as long as it takes to provide the service." She could have been there for 8 hours and we would not received the service as advertised. 3) I then had to call up the service and request an additional cleaner to be sent. I was already unsatisfied with the service as received, but at least wanted to recoup some of the value by having one more person come and try to complete the deep clean. She came to clean and. although more efficient than the second person sent to us, she ended up providing what we would consider a "standard clean." The oven and the fridge were never touched by either cleaner. At this point, I knew I would never be calling Quality Cleaning Company again. 4) A few days after the second cleaner came, El called me to check in and see if there was anything she could do to provide us with better service. I was honest with her and told her that, although I appreciated her call and her desire to improve their service, that there was nothing she could do to improve our experience. I also mentioned that I would reflect our poor experience with QCC in the Angie's List review. She then said "Well, everyone has bad days." I was stunned. I have worked many years in client-facing positions and I would never say that to a client, much less a first-time customer coming off a bad experience. In summary, we did not get what we paid for or what was advertised. I definitely would not recommend Quality Cleaning Company to a friend. Buyer beware.

They arrived exactly at 10:00. and went to work right away. I had to insist they stop and have a glass of iced tea after awhile. I was very pleased with there good work habits and thoroughness.. thank you, Mary

The young lady was personable and started working as soon as she walked in. She was warm and easy to be around and worked the entire time. She made several trips to the dumpster in my building's basement. Before she left she asked for a mop to wipe down the floor to help make the room look presentable. It felt like we accomplished alot. As I said, there is alot more to be done, but it was the first step towards liberation!

It was fine - i have no complaints and no particular comments. It was a pretty simple job and they did a good job.

It was great, but felt like they spent a lot of time on things that could have been done faster. I expected insane perfection if you are spending 2 hours on a bathroom that can only fit 1 person at a time.

I e-mail the company because the lady failed to show-up at the scheduled time which was 10am. I e-mailed Elba and she called me right away. She stated that there had been a mix up and she would arrive around 1pm. She also advised that she would provide 5 hours of service instead of 4 hours due to the mix up. I thought that was a great offer; however, the cleaner stayed for only 4 hours. I could have used that hour. My bedroom was really a night-mare. Over-all I thought the cleaning was good and it helped me to get my home in order.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I made an appointment and they didn't come. I called and they said I wasn't scheduled for that day. She called me back and said that she did have me scheduled for today so I rescheduled. She called again and said that she felt so bad that she would give me another 3 hours which I never even took. She was nice to do that. The cleaning was good. The price was good.

It went very well. Jennifer arrived early and called to make sure that it was ok for her to begin early. I appreciated the call rather than the assumption that she could switch the hours. I showed her the two areas I wanted organized and was hesitant. I thought they were big jobs and would have been disappointed to hear that it could not be done in the allotted time. Her response was, "No problem, this is my job." She promptly began work. I was happy with the results. She was very polite and professional.

It went well the house was clean and smell nice.

I was able to schedule services quickly due to a cancelation. Communication with the company was conducted via text message. Communications were replied to promptly, and everything happened just as agreed. The service provider arrived promptly and was efficient and thorough. She worked steadily for the contracted three hours, organizing papers and storage in the living/office area and then cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. She also reorganized the kitchen, creating more storage space and a sense of order for where things belong.

I specified that I had two cats early on in the scheduling. When the cleaning attendant arrived she was deathly allergic to cats and couldn't come in. She had to call around to several other attendants until she found one and then wait about another hour or so for them to arrive. They did however compensate me for an extra hour of cleaning so that was nice.

She was late because of a major thunderstorm that popped up just as she was leaving the subway. She called me several times to let me know where she was. She was so fast at all the tasks at hand that I really ran out of projects before the alloted time. My apartment has not looked this good in a long time.
