She gave me a great quote and their service was spectacular! She was on time, meticulous, moved the furniture and put it back where it belonged. I couldn't have asked for more and they had the best price! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly.

Cleaning service person, Lisa, arrived on time, was wonderfully pleasant, asked for specifics about my original work request, and got straight to work. In my initial request for cleaning, I warned that there was a lot of work to do, especially in our terribly dirty kitchen. After Lisa was finished, every room was lemony-fresh and clean, free of dust and grit. She even managed to remove my son's "masterpiece" from the living room wall. Lisa did a super thorough job, by herself, in less than eight hours. I highly recommend Quality Cleaning Co. Having home cleaning services in our home is a rare treat. With their more than fair service fees, my family and I might get to enjoy NOT scrubbing the floor a little more often. Note: You are expected to provide cleaning tools and supplies, which I prefer. This is noted in the original advertisement for services.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes the cleaner is on time, sometimes they're really early, sometimes they're late, and sometimes no one shows up at all. Same goes for the cleaning quality. Sometimes they do a decent job, sometimes a great job, and sometimes a poor job. Prices were very good.

Julias was so nice, helpful and diligent.

They were great! This provider contacted me immediately to let me know that they do not service my area, which I really appreciated. I am now working with Angie's List to find someone else to do the work.

2 housekeepers arrived and did an excellent job

The experience was not very good. Initially they were not responsive, and when they responded, I could not make time to make use of their services, and so, I called them a couple of weeks ago, and made an appointment. They did not charge more than the $121 of the big deal. I had originally contacted them because I needed help organizing, and I had asked them to send someone out specific who had experience with that. When they got here, I don't think the woman had much knowledge of organizing than I had. Part of it was that organizing personal things is very personal. So, maybe she couldn't be of much help, but she didn't seem motivated to give it a try. I asked her to move a bunch of boxes downstairs, so that I could sort them in the living room, and her physical fitness was not up to par, because she was huffing and puffing before too long. She was on the phone, and I sent her to clean my refrigerator, and she did a good job of that, and the next thing I know, she was on the phone with her boss finding out how long she has to stay. She was supposed to be here for 3 hours, but I sent her home after 2 and half hours, because I got tired of figuring out what she could do. It may have been worth the money if she did what she said she could do. She was an hour late.

Scheduling and punctuality with El were both fine. Everything about the experience was fine and El was very lovely work with. I've used other cleaning services and found hers to be the most accommodating.

The service went fine. Scheduling was very easy. I am still currently using this company. They are quick to respond to my requests.

Provide own cleaning supplies. Give directions for specific requests. Was told by Celia to let her know if there was something else I wanted done.

I purchased Groupon $89 for 3 hours of home organizing. I made an appointment and the people never showed, never called until well after the appointment would have been over with lame excuses for not being there. They tried to upsell, wanting to send 2 people, not 1, to double the billable hours. I was never able to reschedule this at a convenient time and was pretty turned off by the way they operated. I basically just forfeited the money paid to Groupon in order not to have to deal with them again. The price of the Groupon was good, provided the service was as advertised.

They did a good job and finished quickly. We have since used the company again.

My rental unit was a horrible mess.The tenants left it covered with filth, grime, years of caked on crud. 2 ladies came and spent the whole day cleaning. They did a great job cleaning. I found some spots they missed. However I shouldn't blame them because the apartment was so disgusting. I will definitely use them again!

El, the proprietor, was exceptionally flexible about the date of service, allowing me to put it off well past the expiration date of the original voucher. As a result, I could take advantage of the professional cleaning service when I really needed it--when I had all that dust to combat. Janet, the woman who performed the service, was punctual, professional, and efficient. She managed to accomplish exactly what I thought she could do in four hours.

They are fantastic. They are responsible for helping us to keep our "A" rating with the Department of Health, which is exceptionally important to a small business such as ours. They are very hard working and committed to helping us maintain our "A" Grade. It's great to work with people who care about your business as much as you do. They charge by the hour and their rates are very fair.

They did call me in a timely manner and let me know they didn’t service my area. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to try and see if someone could come out to this area.

They were very polite, but no longer service my area so I did not get to experience their service.

Excellent. I purchased deal on Angieslist yesterday, spoke with El within the hour, and today, I had two people over to clean. They did an excellent job. Much better than the other companies I have tried. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. I am having last minute company over tomorrow and I am so relieved to have their service on such a short notice. Thank you, will definitely use their service again!

They did very good job. I was looking for someone who could be on the spot, and they came promplty. I am very pleased with the cleaning work that they did.

The young lady who came organized my closets top and bottom. It is a little difficult for me to get to some areas, and all was done very satisfactorily.
