Quality Cleaning Company

It was fine. They cleaned my NYC apartment, which is 950 sq. ft. One person came to do the work. They were late, but they did let us know that they were running late.

Zanita went above and beyond the call of the Deal. I have used another company in the past, and they never did the extent of cleaning that Zanita provided. She was very nice and personable, and she did her job very well! Everything went very very well! It was excellent all around!

.I usually am not comfortable with someone on the outside cleaning my home; I prefer to do the work myself. But the worker was excellent! She payed very close attention to detail, asked questions to confirm and set my mind at rest. Overall, it was a great experience for me the first time using a home cleaning service

Great job! The two cleaners did a very thorough cleaning. This is the second time we hired them and both times they did a very good job. We've now hired them for regular service.

They cancelled at the last minute the first time. When they did come, their work was satisfactory.

Two of the provider's employees arrived at my home punctually to do the work. I provided them with cleaning implements - - a mop, broom and dustpan, buckets, rubber gloves, dust cloths, sponges, etc., and cleaning products. Each person took one floor and four hours later, they were finished. My home looked, smelled and was clean. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled, my wood floors shined and I all visible surfaces were dust free. I spoke with the provider and plan to use this company again.

I purchased a "big deal" for $149.00, for a deep house cleaning. El Rodriguez (the owner of the company) contacted me a day later. We agreed upon a date and a time. Two personable, detail oriented, hard working young women, came right on time. Michelle and Nana were delightful. They were eager to please and did not take short cuts.They are a credit to the Quality Cleaning Company !

Michelle and Nana arrived was on time. Michelle took my instruction on what I wanted and followed through by first assessing the area of need and determining a plan of action to get the job done within the time allotted. Michelle supervised the work with her partner and everything that I wanted done got done. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND WAS METICULOUS IN THEIR EXECUTION OF THE WORK. They were professional at all times and the quality work was excellent. I definitely want them back again and would recommend them.

They were great. They got the apartment organized and super clean after our move-in. We had to leave in the middle and they were conscientious and smart in their decision making about where to put stuff even though we weren't their to advise.

Things went well, both workers did their job and didn't take any breaks and did a great job all the way around.

I called on Monday to have my house cleaned the same week. I was very happy to speak to the owner who said she might be able to get workers in the next day or Wednesday. Turned out Thursday was better for me and she set up an appointment for me right away. I was impressed with the promptness and could not wait to have my house cleaned. It was the first time I was hiring a cleaning service. On Thursday the workers arrived separately, 30 to 45 minutes late but I understand because it was raining and I live in a two fair zone, so it's hard to get to. Once they got started they went straight to work and accomplished more than I expected. One worker started working on things we didn't request instead of what we asked, which was the reason for hiring the service, but we started helping to clean the area and I think she got the point. Both workers took the initiative to clean things along the way that they spotted which was great. They didn't require much supervision. Overall, I was impressed with how clean everything looked when they were finished. I was pleased with the experience.

Decent cleaning job. Did a good job of tidying, but didn't really get all the nooks and crannies that might have been found. Perfectly acceptable for a regular weekly cleaning though. I just bought it because it was on sale. A bargain for the sale price at least.

They were thorough and responsive. There was some confusion about the home address but they were accommodating. The only reason that I can't give them an A is that some of our floors were scratched when the moved furniture while cleaning. I did contact them to let them know about the issue and they were nice and offering to assist getting the floors fixed.

Two workers showed up on time. But one did most of the work. As a result I need to purchase more hours than we originally agreed upon. The owner of the business called me afterward to see if I would like a follow up. I scheduled something, stayed home, and the person never showed. The owner called me again to alert me that one of the women who originally came to clean had left her company and was seeking clients on her own and that I should not hire her because she was not covered by their insurance. Needless to say, I don't care to do business with this company at this time. They are not ready for prime time exposure. The company is simply not well-managed.

Angela was a speed demon and cleaning well ! You knew she had a home that she keeps clean. she got down on the floor to scrub cabinets and other spots that we always miss. I asked her if possible could she pleeese get the glass doors in the front cabinets in kitchen. i have tried and not gotten it done , she did it and recomended a cleaner to have for next visit . there will be another visit !! great service

The cleaning job was good, but there was a miscommunication between the cleaning person and her partner so they needed to extend the hours to give the full 4 hours worth of cleaning, meaning I had to wait around until they were done.

Carmen arrived on time, got right to work and did a thorough job with a professional attitude and a pleasant manner; I quickly realized that I wouldn't need to hover or baby-sit as she worked (as I have had to do with other cleaners), because she understood my instructions, remembered them and even mastered my tricky vacuum cleaner. She didn't quite finish the dusting, but that was only because the house hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a very long time, and there was SO much to do. Actually, a lot more got done than I expected - and no cat hair anywhere! I was very pleased with everything and have already booked the next visit.
