At first they seemed professional. They had nice shirts, were courteous and timely. They sent a representative to inspect our windows before offering a cost. They estimated all our windows at $500 and sent a written estimate which I signed and returned. I scheduled the appointment. When they arrived it was a different person. Again, they seemed professional. However when he inspected the job he immediately got on the phone to the office - had a lengthy conversation in Russian (which I could not understand) and then told me that the person who estimated the job underestimated it and they had to charge me more - an unspecified amount but the job was twice as big as estimated. I think this is a scam to try to get you to agree to a reasonable cost for cleaning and then when they get in the door they then up the cost by 20 -30% since you've already gone to the effort to have them come, estimate the job. This INFURIATES me. I sent them packing.
