Precision Painting Plus

Matt and his incredible team at Precision Painting Plus handled my complete project from start to finish. One Account Lead was involved the entire team so there was no repeating myself unnecessarily along the way. Their process was super professional and everyone was so informative as far as choosing paints etc. The end product was top quality workmanship finished in just 1 day! I would definitely hire again.

The painters and staff were very professional and courteous. The work is extremely good, they are excellent painters. They put down drop cloths on every surface and left the rooms broom swept. I am very pleased.

Better than I could have wished. Adam and Gilberto were prompt, professional and the work done was superb. When I move on to the next rooms, I will ask for Adam and Gilberto again!

It went very well. The painter was teriffic. He was very neat, and very professional. When he was done painting, he cleaned the room very very well.

The worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. They insisted on starting the job even though it had been raining heavily. They emptied their paint buckets in my flowers beds. They left without coming to the door to let me know and request my input. A year later, the paint started to peel all over the house. I immediately called them, because there was a two-year performance guarantee in the contract. They have been giving me the run-around for almost two years---clearly, they do not intend to fix this. They have proven themselves to be very unprofessional and unethical. (And BOY does my house look terrible, with paint peeling everywhere.)

Really professional service. There were lots of things that needed to be patched and filled. Nothing ever seemed like a problem. Best of all they were super-prompt and responsive and pleasant to deal with.

If I could give them an A+ I would. Consummately professional. Provided a written estimate, statement of work, work schedule and contract. Met all schedule commitments. Their name really does apply, their painting is precise. Beautiful work around the edges, moldings, carpets and doors. The new sheetrock ceiling in the basement looks so much better than the old tile ceiling it replaced. They were meticulous about cleaning up all work areas, and covered all floors even though we told them we were replacing the carpeting and they didn't have to be so careful. I would not hesitate to bring them back if I need any similar work done in the future.

Excellent.Painters were very professional, always on time, and very neat. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and left house immaculate. My adviser was Michael, he was a pleasure to deal with, very honest and provided great feedback and insight.

The team from Precision did an incredible job! They did everything from exterior deck work (repairs, replacement of rotted wood and new sealing stain), to gutting our bathrooms and kitchen for a brand new look, to installing amazing new hardwood floors (perfectly!) to fixing all the small cracks in our plaster walls, before repainting them! They even rebuilt our interior entry stairs from the ground up. They are pros, have competitive pricing and completed the job on time and on budget. A+ for the entire team. Highly recommended.

Precision Painting was very professional and prompt. Everyone I interacted with was punctual, knowlegeable and pleasant. Their team was able to complete my project on time and the results were great. They took care to protect my existing furniture and moved everything back after they were done. My building required insurance certificates and they were able to provide them quickly and without hassle. Their original estimate was very accurate and there were no surprises when it came to payment. I would definitely hire them again.

It went really well, Ken and his crew are extremely professional, they honored the contract literally and there was no hidden cost even though it turned out a lift was needed. The house looks new now and I am very happy with Ken and his team and will hire them again for interior painting

They did a wonderful job power washing, scraping/sanding and painting.

HORRIBLE! From start to finish dealing with this company was terrible. The level of anxiety I had the 3 1/2 days which was supposed to be 5 days was off the charts. The job came out terrible that when I look at it I could cry for the money I paid. I have drip marks everywhere I have paint on doorknobs, light switches, wall sconces. I have overspray on my brand new finished wood floors. Wherever they had to fix a small hole you can see it. I would never recommend them andcwould never want anyone to go through what I went through so that is why I am leaving this review. I paid $7,500 for a $2,000 paint job at best. I could have hired a day laborer off the street for the same quality. The job was done back in July, I had called and spoke to someone before posting this review to give them a chance to possibly fix the situation, a manager or someone in the higher office was supposed to call me back but of course I have not heard from anyone because that is the way they work. They take your money and then you deal with a project manager that has no clue how to manage. You can't even get anyone on the phone. Whatever you do RUN from this company.

Fantastically quick response time. Had an appointment for an estimate the next day, got the estimate and hired them on the spot. Didn't take long for them to give me my day when the painter would come. Painter came right on time and started putting up drop cloths to protect my railings and concrete. Did a great job scraping off the old paint and patching up where necessary. I love the paint job on the porch. it looks great. Top notch work. Did a nice job cleaning up too. Painter was very polite and respectful. Then really treat the customer well. So happy to have chosen them to do the work.

The project went exceptionally well. Ken and his team especially Nivaldo who did the actual work were very professional. I am very pleased with the result. I will use their services for projects in the future. 👍

I called these guys in a desperate position. I had contracted a local guy (bc of course I was trying to save some money) and I should have just gone with these guys from the beginning. Long story short, the local guy came once, really messed things up and then didn't return any of my calls for weeks. I was finally left with no choice but hire another company. Jason was fantastic. Well what a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable, I didn't feel pressured at all, he had wonderful suggestions & I drove him a little crazy with my colors but he was a great sport. The crew that came to do the job were very friendly, punctual and very precise. There was one small confusion regarding my shutters but Jason (who is also the project manager) got on the phone with the crew and everything was back on track. I had another home once painted (with another painting company) and my needs/requests were an issue. With these guys I just made a call and they communicated clearly to the crew. It was effortless. My only regret is that I didnt find them when I had my previous home painted and that I didnt go with them out of the gates with this project (lesson learned). My home came out exactly how I envisioned. I am very happy with the service and job. I will 100% refer them to friends and family.

They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. They went the extra mile and replaced damaged tin, which was more carpentry work then painting. It was a 4 day job, at first they thought it'd be a 2 or 3 day job. They clean, sanded, spray painted and tested which would look better. There patching work was great. Overall satisfied. Julio and Connor were great. I developed a good rapport with them.

The team did an excellent job all round and PPP delivered exactly what it promised. The painters were professional, well-organized and courteous--they knew exactly what to do. Scott Feldman, the project manager worked with me to get the job done and was always on top of things. I plan to work with this company again for the rest of the apartment.

First time when they came and gave estimate, it was a different rep who was punctual. Came on time, gave estimate but the job was not started because the weather turned. They asked me to call back in March, which I did, by then the old rep had left the company. They assigned me a guy called Alex, who called me to say that he's taken over the job and that he will have to do another estimate. He didn't even want to come by. He asked if I could just send him pictures and that would be enough for him to assess the job. Thought it weird but did it anyway. Texted him pictures of all sides of the house, on April 9th. Didn't hear from him till I texted him on the 11th. He mentioned that the season was not open yet and that he will review the photos with his colleague that same day, April 11th and will get back to me.Never called or texted. Called him couple of times and texted him again on April 17th. Also called the company to get the job reassigned but they said nope, that's the guy I got, and the that's the guy I need to work with. Basically, I didn't bother after that and asked for other estimates which I am in the process of. Got a text on April 28th, when Alex apologized for the delay and the excuse was that he was out of town!!! (I guess no coverage out of town) and that they will not be able to perform the project. I hate it when these guys just give you a run around and waste your time. It would have taken one text to say, and please be honest, that I am too busy and can't juggle this job on top of everything else that's going on. :-( (<-That's may angry face :-))

Just had 3 rooms painted today, and this was the 2nd time I used this company. Both times they did great work at a fair price and I was 100% satisfied. The crew led by Christion was polite, clean and very meticulous and was all work and got the job done on time. Everything from the initial estimate by Alex who came out the very next day on my schedule and Max who was in charge of the crew was on site multiple times and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction and took care of any issues. I would recommend Precision Painting Plus to anyone looking for great quality painting at a fair price. Very Happy Customer!
