Description of Work: They painted the metal cornice on top of the building and painted and repaired wood under the two lentils of the building. The job went quickly and was well done. A very, very happy customer.

Description of Work: They painted a small bedroom. It was Ok. I prefer if there are two full coats of paint provided; two coats were only applied in some areas.

Description of Work: The two painters painted the living room and dining room with one coat of paint and ceilings too. |They sent a third painter so they changed the 2 eight hour painters to only 5 hours. One painter spent a lot of time delegating to the others. |Would have liked the two coats of paint but the worked slower than expected |However the job looked nice when done and you couldn't beat the price. |

Description of Work: I had a lead paint issue on a door. They came in as promised. Secured the area and performed all that had to be done as required by NYC to resolved this issue. |The person I had dealings with was Alan Blanchard . He was the best. He made me feel at ease as I was nervous and upset . I never had to deal with this before in over 40 years that I own my property. He and his staff were all very professional and very skilled. Alan supplied me with all the documents needed as I had to file with HPD. He assured me all would be taken care of and it was. | | I took a chance with Precision based on Angie's list reviews and it all worked out very well. The address I have for precision is on Jericho turnpike not LIC. |I highly recommend using Precision painting plus. They are little pricing but we'll worth it. Do not hesitate to use them and ask for Alan Blanchard . |

Description of Work: I called and they set up and appointment for May 20th between 5 and 6 pm. I called to confirm with their customer service who said the gentleman will be there. at 6:15 I called again as he never showed up. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Instead of the supervisor calling, the gentlemen who was supposed to quote the job called and said he had a computer glitch or some sort of thing. that was around 7 pm. I was tired and just wanted this over with. He said he would come that night. I did not eat dinner as I was waiting for him to show. I told him not to bother coming. He said he would come the next day..and well I had other issues with the customer service people calling and calling and calling...over and over - I don't know why they did that - so I just said forget it. I still had customer service calling afterwards to set up an appointment. They need to get organized and not annoy people with the constant calls and then now show up.

Description of Work: They came early they carefully prepared the room and they painted beautifully. My husband was very impressed with the care that was taken.

Description of Work: I used Precision Plus Painting because of the "Angie's Big Deal." The charge was $249.00 for one man (8 hours), 2 men (4 hours) to complete one room. Their painter, Jesse, came in promptly at the scheduled time. He looked at the room and said, "this is no problem." He proceeded to spackle, prime, and paint the room. He was a delight to deal with and did excellent work. He also cleaned up, even asking me for a vacuum. Jesse needed to be invited to sit at my dining room table, rather then sit on the floor in the room where he was working, in order to eat his lunch. He was gracious and completely professional at all times. I would use Precision Painting Plus again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper, painted and repaired kitchen walls.

Description of Work: Due to a gutter leak from the last now storm, my office and other rooms had damage. My office was damaged the most. The ceilings had to be painted, with eco friendly paint,. My closet had stains and had to be painted, the window sill had residue from my wood blinds,, that we were not aware of. My hallway was damaged in several places. Other wall and sills were damaged and were expertly done by Pedro. Allan came with the paint and checked on the work to see if I was satisfied. I was so satisfied that I authorized them to do something else, that was not included. They were very quiet, you would not have known they were here working. I provided them with water, that they did not ask for. They worked and cleaned up behind themselves, which I was concerned about. They had muliple drop cloths which they used to cover everything. I did not have any paint droplets anywhere. Very clean work and I watched a lot. Everyone was professional and was exceptionally good at what they were doing. I was very impressed. I have given recommendations already.

Description of Work: I bought an "Angie's Deal" for 8 hours of house painting with one worker as a gift for my friend. she was contacted and was told the work she needed would require a second worker and an additional 8 hours, and offered her the same deal times two. I reviewed the work after it's completion and both myself and my friend give the work itself an "A". Where we were disappointed is that deal was for "eight" hours of painting and during that period, the workers took a "ONE" hour lunch each, so in essence instead of 16 hours of painting she received 14. The reason this concerned me is that I contacted six other painters on the Angie's Deal list and they all said you get 8 hours of painting with no "one" hour lunch, but that they would snack or eat while they work. We were also concerned, since in that eight hour period, the two men were only able to complete the painting of a large hall way (one story-with a number of doors(doors were not painted) and a bedroom that had wainscoting on the lower half of the wall, so they only painted the upper half. My friend and I painted her master bedroom together, which came out wonderful, with taping in 3&1/2 hours and we're obviously amateurs... Her opinion is that they milked the job some, as she expressed to me... This is our experience...
