Description of Work: Precision Painting was very professional to work with. They were in the middle of the quotes I received, but were able to complete the job in fewer days as they have more staff to call upon which was very helpful in the middle of organizing closings, moves, etc. We had one small issue which they handled well and corrected. They recommended we use a special paint for the kitchen and bathroom and set the price for the job based on two coats of paint. The special paint needed three coats, and when I pointed this out they sent painters back and applied the third coat at no extra charge because they had recommended the special product for those areas. The paint job looks great I was impressed with their work. They did basic walls and a much more complicated built in bookcase wall so I feel they can handle both basic painting and specialty work.

Description of Work: PPP used a great subcontractor to paint entire exterior..punctual and pretty good work. Only small problem is when I added one interior bathroom I was told on the phone that would be no more than $ 150- $ 300 but when they came out price became $ 750. But all in all not a bad experience. "A" Service!!

Description of Work: A job that was supposed to be completed in 3 days took 4 weeks and they only completed half of the work. I had to be home to supervise the entire time, luckily I work from home. The wrong paint was used more than once. I was promised a team of guys and after the first day, there was usually only one person present, they were pulled onto other jobs. I was constantly given the run around and communication was extremely lacking.

Description of Work: They painted all the walls and ceilings in our 3 bedroom apartment. It took 3-4 guys 3 days to complete the job. They moved all the furniture and returned it afterwards. Some of the ceiling plaster was damaged in the living room. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it during the final walk through. It took a couple of weeks to have someone repair it, but it was repaired very well.

Description of Work: Edwin showed up promptly at 8:30am. Painted hallway and landing area. Painted all the doors. Painted all door moldings and some window moldings. Excellent job by Edwin. Very professional service. No mess, left the area all cleaned up. I will definitely use Precision Painting again.

Description of Work: This thanks and endorsement is beyond overdue, only because I was injured and am now in recovery, so sincerest apologies to Project Manager, Alan Blanchard and his wonderful crew for doing such a great job painting my entire apartment. They were super friendly and professional AND CLEAN. They said they would paint my apartment in a day and they did it. Grant it, my place is a studio loft, but there was a lot of prep/repair work to do as well and it all got done in one day. It's two-months shy of a year since the paint job and when I walk in my apartment I still smile. I recommend Precision Painting Plus and Alan Blanchard's crew every chance I get. Thank you!
