My bathroom looks great. Had it sprayed instead of rolled and the cabinets are just what I wanted. I also appreciate the quick responsiveness of PPP. I had a time crunch and they came through.

They did a good job, quoted a fair price, and finished everything in four days.

As we moved to a new apartment, we want to paint our apartment in some new different colors. I found Precision Painting and they are very professional, helpful and efficient. The result of our painting is amazing and gorgeous. Especially wanna thank to Gianfranco, Eugene, and Bianca, they are the best! They provided me really helpful suggestion, helped me set the schedule asap and answered my questions timely. During the painting process, I was not able to be in the apartment, but Gianfranco tried everything he could to make sure that the result would be the same as what we want to do to our apartment. He is earnest and has done a well job. I really recommend everyone if you need to find someone to help you paint your house/store/apartment/office, Precision Painting definitely is your best choice!

This is the 2nd time I have hired Precision painting and once again they did outstanding job. They were prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced for the high quality of work. My bathroom walls and ceiling had numerous layers of cracking paint. They skim coated the walls and ceiling, and now the bathrooms look like new construction. It is amazing. The paint job was excellent as well. I will hire them again soon to do other areas of my home.

Precision Painting Plus was incredibly overpriced, unprofessional, sloppy and rude. They painted my living room and master & primed a second bedroom and hallway. They did not sand the french pocket doors before painting so the paint came off within 2. They did not tape off any hardware, floor or glass of the french doors so there was paint on my doorknobs, floor and doors. When I pointed out the paint on the glass their technicians told me to "scrape it off with my finger nail". After pointing out the areas that needed touch ups 2 rounds later, I asked for is credit since they were unwilling or unable to fix the outstanding issues. They gave me an insignificant amount back which did not ladder up to the estimate given so I asked for a breakdown of the costs. They refused and told me a breakdown of the cost was unreasonable to ask. They then followed up by demanding payment of the balance less than 5 days after they finished work then threatened to send me to collections without providing the invoice I had asked for.

I had a very good interaction with the office, the team was very responsive. Upon arrival for the job, it was clear that the carpentry for the trim replacement was being handled by a subcontractor. The coordinator immediately make me aware that caulking gaps and paint stripping were not included in my estimate - not a great first impression. Ultimately the team told me that a lot of trim I was not expecting needed to be replaced so I halted the job and used another specialist carpenter.

Good sales pitch, but shoddy paint job and overpriced. Everything started off fine; Sean, the project manager who came to give me the estimate, was punctual and professional, and Bianca, the customer coordinator, was pleasant to deal with in the scheduling of my small job. When it came to the day of the work, that's when everything fell apart. The project manager (not the original one I was given) showed up just after 10:00 a.m. (the job was slated for 9:00 a.m.), the painter came at 11:00 a.m. and the paint supplier showed up around 12 noon. I paid for "8 hours of consecutive work" by a professional painter, but got about 4 at best. When they called me at my office at 2:27 p.m. that day to tell me all was done I was a bit surprised they had wrapped so fast. When I arrived home shortly thereafter, my first impression of the job was alright, albeit for a couple of small but noticeable spots that were missed. Once corrected, I was given the final invoice which included supplies (never before then had estimated quantities or pricing of supplies been provided, only post factum). That's when I felt like I got duped. The paint vendor's price was excessive and the amount purchased was several times over what was needed. When I asked them about this I was told "it is what it is" and "materials cost what they cost". Some of the materials weren't even used, including a canvas to protect my newly resurfaced floors. The latter was even pointed out to the painter by my building superintendent. I also paid $60 for a gallon of paint to touch up a tiny radiator and even that couldn't be done right (they forgot about painting the sides). Most of the shoddy work became more evident after I heard from my renter who informed me that the bathroom was left messy and that several areas were done sloppily (entire sections of trim missed, paint on door knob, poor patch work, etc). At the end of the day a $450 small paint job turned into nearly $800. Only after complaining multiple times, did they agree to cut my invoice by approximately $130. Not much consolation considering the amount of frustration this project caused. I will now be completing the rest of the paint job myself.

All was good except living room ceiling. On the 4 th day, I overheard boss telling them to hurry because they need to get out of there. My skim coat and painting of ceiling was done in a few hours and they were gone. There starts the problems. They returned 3 times to fix bubbles and cracks in ceiling. Another last time time to paint because I could see the paint brush strokes done to patch up. At this time there was another crack which I realized just then. The painters boss Eric talks to me on the phone like I’m an idiot. Saying I made his guys come over too many times, and I should have noticed problems the first time. How could I if it keeps showing g up after the fact. He also said my ceiling is faulty, I have too much humidity. Basically throwing the blame on me for a job not done well. All in all horrible dealing with them.

Excellent1 They were able to come quickly and get the job done so we could move into our new home as soon as possible. Followed all directions, were prompt, efficient. Very happy with the job they did, everything looks great. I even added a huge walk-in closet (changed my mind after our estimate and walk-through) and they accommodated my request. Two tiny issues were resolved within the first week after completion. Everything cleaned up to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire again.

I cannot speak more highly of the process, professionalism and end product that the team at Precision delivered. We were scrambling to finish up our basement with a newborn just a week away, the Precision team rallied to schedule and perform the work with urgency, rigor and above all humanity. Russ who was our PM was detailed and communicative throughout, even taking scope such as fitting out a closet, grouting floor tiles and boxing out a beam that others wouldn't even bother taking on. Nestor and the crew that performed the work were professional, skilled and relatable workers that took pride in what the were delivering. End result is that they got the job done above expectations and just ahead of the birth of our little girl! I want to say a big thank you to the whole team, including in the back office that all got involved in getting the job done. I'm delighted to recommend their work to others and would call upon them again within a heart beat. THANK YOU!

I cannot recommend Precision Painting Plus more. Alan and their team were beyond professional and made my apartment look brand new. They even patched holes and cracks in the walls in addition to the painting, which I was not expecting to be included. If you need a job done quickly and well, hire them!

Better than expected. Estimates, scheduling, and job were done in a timely manner.

The job went very well. An estimator first came to check out what needed to be done and was very patient while we got a few other estimates over the course of about two weeks. We liked the professionalism of him and the company, plus also that he’s a veteran (so is my husband). The work was done in the amount of time that we were told, and completed by the date we expected.

The project managers and the painting crew were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when expected, stuck to the schedule and made sure every step of the way we were happy and knew exactly what was going on. The job ran smoothly and we were very pleased and happy with the end result. We would definitely use them again for any home improvements we need,

The crew completed the job over a period of 3 days - well within the agreed upon time limit. The person in charge, Eric (a subcontractor) was polite and attentive. The project manager, George, was very professional and knowledgeable.

The painting project was done very well. The painters were on time and well organized. The job was done efficiently and quickly. After they finished they made sure that everything was left cleaned.

Very well. The Project Mgr was able to deliver a quote within hours of visiting my home and measuring. References looked very solid, and price was competitive with smaller operations. The working team was timely, courteous and professional. Very meticulous in protecting outdoor furnishings, plants, etc., and did a fine job of plastering cracks, etc. before painting. They got into every nook and cranny, took care of all the little details

They did a fantastic job. The crew was very professional and attentive to any questions or concerns. All small repairs were done well and the overall job looks fantastic. They were in the middle to high end of the bids we received, but the job manager made us feel at ease and was sympathetic to our needs when we had to change a color.
