terrible. needed to call them back 3 times. finally just accepted what they did just to finish with them. i would never use them again

I originally had work done by this company and they did a great job, I paid them promptly- no issues. I called them back to do a bigger project and reach out to the sales rep (Mike) by email, phone, text multiple times with limited or no follow-up. We ended up getting the job completed by a different company. Never will I use this company again or recommend.

Precision Painting Plus was very professional and extremely easy to hire and work with. As soon as I contacted them, I got a prompt response, and a gentleman came over for an initial consultation, we set a date and time to get the paint work done and the price was fairly reasonable. At the date of the job, the crew was on time, there was a manager who came along to make sure all work goes smoothly. The crew did a fantastic job, and I had no issues with the paint getting anywhere on my furniture or floors. It was all a clean finish and all walls look great. The manager returned to ensure I was satisfied. All in all, I had a great experience, and I will highly recommend the company!

Very very very pleased with the level of finish accomplished in the short timeframe. I would hire Precision again, with confidence and most likely will soon to repair the damage from a ceiling leak.

It went okay, although they spilled paint on my bathroom tiles and did not clean up as I had requested. Also, the paint on the radiators bubbled up; they came back and repainted but they did not fix the problem - the paint still bubbles. It was also difficult to know who I need to communicate the issues with as none of the painters themselves seemed responsible for customer relations.

THE BEST! I would hire Painting Precision Plus again in a heartbeat!

They did good work, on time. When my son did the walk through, he saw that the shoe molding in the kitchen wasn't done as part of the original project and the place was a mess. For an additional $200, they did it. When I did the walk through a few days later, they wanted an additional $80.00. 1 piece of shoe molding cost is $10.67 for 144”. The kitchen wall length is 180”. The risers on the steps weren't refinished. He said that was not part of the project. They said they would come back (after my son moved in), at an additional charge (creating more dust). He called my son, saying he owes him the $80.00. They painted over all the outlets, without using painters tape to protect the outlets. My son now has to repaint around the outlets, after changing them. The railings weren't painted either. I had to hire a cleaning service, to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Bottom line; the contract was not specific. If they had details listing exactly what was to be done, what was expected, we would be 100% satisfied.

This company responded quickly to my inquiry, with gave me a good price and professionalism. The only reason I did not hired them was because we found another company that was is good stand with the CoOp board and therefore the job got done quickly. next time I need a painting job and I have more time I will definitely consider them.

Highly professional at every level from start to finish. Excellent customer service and attention to detail administratively and on the work site as well. On site management, project oversight and communication is above and beyond average.

They pulled up my carpet and sanded and refinished about 75% of the flooring in my home. It looks great and they did a beautiful job. I will highly recommend them as well.

These are the second and third projects I've used Precision Painting Plus for. In each case, thee has been a very high standard of meeting all professional standards, They gave accurate estimates, came on time on the dates agreed upon, were friendly and responsive in our home. their work is equally professional, neat, clean, excellent clean up at the end of each day, consultation about the plans at the end of each day. Will definitely hire again.

Everything went as expected. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The men were friendly, neat and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy and would use them again!

Excellent. They did a great job spackeing and it is one reason I picked them. He worked on a wall that had water damage and was buckled. He was very kind, courteous, and helped move some of the furniture out.

I am mainly pleased both with the outcome and with the experience. Job was basic white paint. Room looks great, just a couple annoyances. The first is the lovely and professional foreman arrived and got to work right away, but they arrived a half hour late and the paint I'd ordered from the company still wasn't there yet. Second is that I ordered and paid for Aura, but they showed up with Regal. Third and finally, I got a call from the foreman about a 4pm (job was supposed to be 9am-5pm, all surfaces) who told me they were running out of time and couldn't actually do all the services, had about two more hours of work, and I would have to pay the hourly rate. So my choice was to leave it undone or pay the supplement. After reminding them that they arrived late, and that the painter chose to spend his time on a needless three coats of paint on the ceiling, they agreed to stay until 5:30pm and I agreed they didn't have to do the bedroom or closet doors or the radiator cover, which I wound up doing myself that weekend. Again, pleased with the result mainly.

They completed the job but were in a rush to finish. They were supposed to fix dents/crevices in walls, but I had to walk around and ask them to redo some areas. After they left, I saw other parts of the doors which I wanted fixed just painted over. There was no foreman on the job when they said there would be. Also, the contract says that the work is guaranteed for a year. I had the work done in June..less than 2 months later, the paint is starting to crack. I called Precision and they said the person I was working with would get back to me, but never did.

The work was promised to be completed in four to five days!From the estimator, to the job manager,and the painters ,communication was excellent and the job was beautifully completed in four days!Clean up was excellent and we are completely satisfied with the job!Price was reasonable and service was professional!

The job went very smoothly, with no delays, and the project manager was very responsive and communicative. We were very happy with the experience and would use them again.

The team was very responsive and worked with me to make sure the job was done to a very high standard of quality. The job took longer than was estimated but they were very fair in adjusting the price so everyone was happy in the end. The rooms they painted look great and always receive compliments from guests.

Ken was great from the start. Easy to work with, reasonably price and they are knowledgeable. In fact he removed old paint accidentally painted on our patio. House looks good. Very responsive. They are probably cheaper than others too.

Overall, not a bad experience. They did an okay job. It wasn't perfect, but it was decent.

Overall, not well. The paint job looks nice, but the work was very sloppy. The contract stated that floors would be covered and any remaining furniture would be covered in plastic. I left three pieces in the room which I draped a thin plastic drop cloth over (assuming it would be underneath their drop cloths). I also left an antique oriental rug, which I folder over several times so that the back side was up, and that it was smaller. and easier to cover. They covered NOTHING. Not the parquet floors, not the furniture, not the rug. Midway through, the floors had compounding stains on them and there was fine dust everywhere from sanding. When they finished they wiped the floors but I spent an additional few hours cleaning the floors to get them close to original condition, as well as cleaning dust up (which even reached the adjacent room). perhaps the worst part was vacuuming the rug, had to do both sides because it had a lot of dust on it. I chose Precision because of their A rating. Painting a room well is only part of why one hires highly rated professionals. The main reason is that they will treat your home and belongings respectfully and with care. This did not happen here.
