Precision Painting Plus

It was a disaster. If they would have done the work correctly the 1st time, caulking before painting, they did not have to do the work over 3 times! They wasted almost weeks of my money and time. The workers were not punctual or professional! The didn't show up 2 days without letting me know and made me miss work. Also, drank beer on the job & started getting roudy. They definitely didn't clean up after themselves and got paint on my white pvc fence and black railing. They cleaned their brushes on my lawn and got paint all over it and mulch. They left all the gutters without their netting and now I have to hire someone else to fix what they damaged. The project manager was the only good thing about the whole thing since he was the one one who understood English and got them to do the right thing. After I paid I asked for the material invoices and was sent an invoice that was $307 less than what I paid! Not only are they poor workers but you guys rip people off on materials! I have 5 other properties and would use your company again if you were the last painters on earth. I will definitely rate you on yelp!

I never even dealt with them because it was just too much. I could not do any financing with them, they just want the money up front. I order for me to do anything with them or somebody with the laminate floor, I would have to deal with somebody that offers financing. There was nothing wrong with that contractor, he was very nice, he came here, he was very professional. Now that I am disabled, I really appreciate when somebody comes to my apartment to give me the estimate, and he did that. I didn’t have a problem with him, I would have gone with him if I had the cash on hand. I really would have just gone with him, I would have done the whole 9 yards. I would have had the place painted and everything. He was very nice. Afterwards he sent me an email just to follow up with me. If this was a house and I had the money in cash to give up funds, I would have given him my business as a consumer. He didn’t charge me for the estimate. That was very nice, I loved that too. I know that is the new style that they do now days, they’ll charge you, but then they’ll take it off if you go with them for their service.

Ben Knight could not have been more professional overseeing the project and addressing any concerns; his painters finished ahead of schedule. Worth the price for projects that you want done right.

The carpenters were very angry from the start and complained that they were not explained the scope of the project clearly. But i have to admit they were quick and efficient. The painters started off very professional but their work quality was poor. Electrical boxes and switches were not even taped on and i had to change some switches later since they were stuck. It wasnt until they finished that we noticed more problems. Overall Painting quality was lousy at best. Crooked corners on the sheetrock with irregular edges at the joints, uneven paint job at some inside corners that you can still see the primer through it. I still doubt that two coats of paint were applied. The walls in other rooms that we painted with the help of our kids a few yrs ago still look slightly better quality than the professional painters. And we were originally supposed to install basemolding in the entire kitchen but decided not to go through. And didnot get any price discount for that. My overall impression- niceness doesnot compensate for poor quality work. I didnot expect this from a reputed company. I was planning to get the entire house painted this year and will look for someone else.

Pretty good. The floors went smoothly, the painting was frustrating because I had different painters in my apartment everyday, and had to go over what needed to be done every morning with the new people. I was not happy with the way the crown molding was installed. The carpenter measured haphazzardly and just cut a bunch of 16 foot pieces of the molding in half to fit them in the elevator THEN figured out what size pieces he needed to install when he got into the apartment. Which meant that a 11' section of wall was getting 2 pieces of molding instead of cutting an 11' piece (which would have easily fit in the elevator) downstairs and bringing it up. Then EVERY spot where the molding was glued together split within a couple of months. THANKFULLY when I called Precision to complain and explain my absolute disappointment in the job, a new project manager called me back IMMEDIATELY! He said that he understood my disappointment and would do his BEST to correct it. He sent a man over as soon as I said the time was right and the worker fixed it all in one day. Ido (the awesome NEW project manager) said that if it happened again to not hesitate to call him and they will come repair it again. What originally started out as a bad experience was turned around by a group of employees that actually cared. *I have included photos of one of the split seams and how it looked after Precision Paint fixed it

Precision Painting lived up to its stellar Angie's List reviews. I wasn't onsite so arranged all by phone, and my real estate agent was so impressed with the communication, reasonable estimate, and paint job that he's adopted them as his go-to painters. Big thanks to Jeff Androla for not trying to persuade me that I needed every nook and cranny repainted (I know I didn't but that didn't stop another company from trying that approach). And to Anthony Adames who was so organized that my picky building manager approved the job without a hitch. I paid about $1500 in labor + $300 in paint (their online paint selection form made it so easy) -- this estimate was almost half of what my real estate agent's other company would have charged. I highly recommend Precision Painting and would hire them again in an instant.

I was super impressed with the speed and thoroughness that Precision Painting supplied. They worked with my schedule, and they were in and out in half a day with the job complete. I love the new wall color.

I was very happy with them. They did a good job.

I've had them twice to do work at my house. I was very happy with them. I think they were a little pricey but I was very happy with their professionalism, their jobs, and everything was very up-to-date. Everything was A-plus; all of it. That's why I hired them again. I think that they were pricey, but again, they finished my job and everything was okay, even paying them a little more. For me, I just think that they're a little pricey. Apart from that, their punctuality, their responsiveness, their quality of work; everything is an A. If you have any issue, you tell them, they re-do the entire thing, so that's not a problem at all.

I canceled deal. They told me I would need 3 or 4 painters to do the job in one day without even looking st the job. In my opinion this was a bait and switch situation. I hired someone else who did it with one painter in one day.

Terrific! Everyone I had dealt with from contacting the company to the start of the project up until its completion were professional and responsive. I specifically thank Jason Leewe, who is the project manager assigned to me. I highly recommend him and Precision Painting Plus. Now that my place is getting ready for staging and will be in the real estate market soon, I hope it sells quickly at top dollar!

I was informed that I could not even get one room painted in the 8 hours for the price of the voucher ($299). The job would cost me approx $2500 for the two rooms and $1400 for the one room. Angie's List gave me a prompt refund since Service Provider and I could not come to agreeable terms.

This service was excellent. Many of the walls were in poor condition or covered with horrible wall paper. Not a problem! Nothing phased them. Evan was the evaluator. Scott was my project manager. Both were excellent. The apartment looks great. I absolutely recommended this company!

I am very pleased with the result. It only took 2 days, and through out the process, I was asked to make sure it was satisfactory. Any issues I saw, such as I felt an accent wall needed a 3rd coat, were happily addressed. Very neat and clean. I did not have to go around to clean up any spilled paint (like I have had to do with other painters). I would definitely hire again. Just note, that PPP uses an online contract process that did not enable me to save a copy of it. Make sure to ask how to save a copy.

I am very pleased with the service that Precision Painting Plus provided. Shlomi was very skilled and fast in his job and I was very impressed with how he evened out a section of my wall that was not level. He cleaned up after himself so I had minimal cleaning up to do after the job was completed. Precision gave me a good price for the kitchen painting project which included paint and other materials. Project managers, Alan Blanchard and Anthony Adames, were responsive to my questions and concerns before and during the project. I plan to use their services again when I am ready for my next painting project.

Complete interior painting, excepting the bathrooms. They did a very good job and were quick about it too. I am going to have them come back and put on another coat of the living room where there has been some damage from a woodstove

Everything is going well and there is a foreman to oversee, which I like about it, too.
