Precision Painting Plus

Heard great things about Precision painting Plus, through word of mouth, Angie's List, yelp and from NYCDOB and found they had top-grade ratings in all aspects. Its Senior Project Manager Evan Feuerstein, Project Manager George Vardauashvili, Coordinator Steve Miller and most important of all “hats off”…. Junior the “main painter and his crew”. Without them Precision painting would be nothing without them. They all are a tremendous team that work very hard and well together. Selecting Precision painting Plus, We Knew we were in good hands and found them to be all we expected, and more. Evan, the Senior Project Manager, came personally. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and an experienced. Gave us choices, and pros & cons of each scenario and also explained that additional expenses might be incurred if unforeseen problems are discovered. He left me with a written work proposal and price quote. No pressure of any kind. The crew members were “AMAZING” all polite, professional, skilled & experienced. They arrived on time each day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Within the work event I did not once needed to mention to Junior and his crew about the clean-up, this was very important to me, reason being I wanted to minimize the impact on my neighbors. Junior who supervised the work made sure to spend sufficient time and effort at the end of each workday to clean up with care. They were excellent when it came down to minimize noise pollution, dust control, and construction debris. The end result was a beautiful paint job. Also, George (Project Manager) personally inspected and OK'd the finish job They even touched up some areas which wasn't part of the job - as a goodwill measure. I thank them for that. Evan and his staff prove there are still professionals out there. Job was done punctually with courtesy and professionalism. We were very pleased with the results! Total confidence, total satisfaction, and totally stress-free….Highly Recommended!! Our Interior home appeal has increased dramatically. Even the neighbors were impressed with what a great job they did. I would definitely recommend Precision painting Plus to others!

This was a very high-end paint and wallpaper job. Overall, while the price was high I feel that the quality matched. Finished product is high quality, and all tweaks I wanted made were addressed quickly/thoroughly, without argument. I would hire again.

above and beyond my expectations. They did a super professional and speedy job, all done in one day AND fixed little nagging areas for us which we didn't ask for.

Overall I found the project manager, Jeff, great to work with and most of the painting team the same. I did have an incident with one of the workers and if we work with them again I will insist that he not be a part of the team. All the other team members were cordial, especially Mike the painting foreman. Their work was fairly neat and Jeff was good at making suggestions that could save us cost and make it easer to complete the project. They also made sure to touch up any areas we were not satisfied with at the completion of the project. Since I was new to supervising a project of this scope, I think there were some areas of misunderstanding about the scope of work, but Precision worked with us to come to a happy medium.

Michael along with Eric were professional and always on time. I would recommend them and would hire them again if I need painting. Very pleased with the results.

Crew worked quickly and professionally.

Estimates, scheduling was acceptable. Seems like they subcontracted to cheaper company to do the work and the quality of painting was not good. Paint drips on floors, mismatching wall areas depending on time painted, paint drips, and painters who ignore or forgot things asked of them.

Happy with project and would recommend or hire again for future projects

Scott and his crew did an excellent job. Came early each day and completed new mouldings around my windows and doors, and painted my living room, dining and kitchen within the four days as stated. The work is excellent!

They were great. Alex and his team, specifically the foreman Junior were amazing, fast, and the work was phenomenal. Everyone compliments the paint job. They even helped me make decisions about trim and helped me pick colors. I could not possibly recommend them more. Out of an entire new construction build they were my best contractor by far.

It went well. The coordinator was especially good. He stuck with it from beginning to end. He responded to any problems I had very quickly. The job was well done. I called them back about some flaking within the warranty period and they came back out an repaired it.

Originally they said 3 days. It took four. But it is beautiful!

They did a wonderful job. They were not the lowest bid, but their price included power washing the entire house before painting. They were prompt, and cleaned up after the job. Paul was our foreman, and did a great job. The men consulted with us, before doing some trim, so see if that was what we wanted. They even suggested painting something that I had not thought of. I had chosen a color for the front door, and when I saw it going on, I was sure it was the wrong color. (It wasn't) They stopped immediately, and suggested we let it dry for half-hour, and then check the color. Of course, it was perfect once it dried. We think our house looks great! I would hire them again!

They were prompt and finished the job in two days as promised. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend them.

Excellent, what I thought was an area that would never look right again, turned out to be looking like it was never touched and better. All this work with a company that was professional, honest, punctual and efficient. I would definitely use them again. It was worth every penny, which was definitely reasonable. I loved dealing with Jason, the project manager.

Excellent. The painting team was punctual and hard-working. The company handled some last minute requests with no problems. The paint job looked great and I was pleased with the painters attention to detail. The managers also did their job well and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work and provided all the paperwork punctually. The final price was not cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you pay for quality, you get quality, and that it what I feel I received with this painting company.

Jason and his team were always communicative and professional- and gave me great suggestions along the way. Would hire again in a second.

Great communication throughout. They were able to start and complete the work very quickly and were able to assist beyond the scope of the original project.

They had a large team and were therefore able to finish the job in just two days. They were extremely helpful with choosing paint colors and patient with my uncertainties. They were also very careful and did an excellent job.

They got back to me whenever I called or emailed. Everything went well. They showed up on time, when they said they would.
