 + -1 moreI called and no one is calling me back. I was on hold with CS agent for 20 minutes then she convinced me to have them call me back and they never did. I do not know how a great company like theirs can possibly not give CS. Please help! Do not buy furniture from them, it is beautiful, but not worth the CS service, and its not like you are getting any kind of deal
Description of Work: I ordered slip cover sectional. When I placed order initially after 3 weeks I found out that the fabric I initially ordered was discontinued. Then I went with another fabric. I washed the slip cover once and I saw that the inside became stringy, didn't think anything of it, but should have. Now, I washed again and it totally came apart at the seams. I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is un acceptable because if you see the condition of the sofa it looks great except for it falling apart at the zippers because the fabric is shredding I washed it twice on gentle!

 + -1 moreThey headboard was a little under $800, the project table was about $1200. I found them very helpful in the store and online and they were able to deliver while I was in the process of moving. The time frame fit well and they made it all work.
Description of Work: I bought some furniture there. I bought headboards for the bead and a project table which they delivered and set up.
