They were able to send someone within an hour of correspondence. The electricians were great! It wasn't the most straightforward installation, but they were able to make it happen in a reasonable amount of time. A new box was needed to replace our existing box before the chandelier could be installed and they were able to do it in no time! Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I needed to add an electrical outlet in my apartment. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and we were able to get a ballpark quote without a consultation. While we were quickly able to schedule an appointment, getting a certificate of insurance for my building was a bit of a pain. I imagine this company does COIs all the time but the woman I spoke to kept asking me to send over my building's template when I was giving her the management company's information for their insurance template. Once that was resolved we scheduled a window from 2-5P on a weekday. I took the afternoon off from work, but the workers did not come until after 5. I was given a heads up at 4:45 that they were running late, but I still found the lateness frustrating. Once the team arrived they did not have the four socket outlet I needed so instead of adding one larger outlet I had to add two. One of the outlets casing is cracked, but I only noticed after they left. Due to the fact that they were late, it was after-hours once the job was completed. I wanted to pay cash, so the electrician called his boss for the cost. I couldn't get an itemized quote for the work completed and the invoice i received was not itemized either so I'm not sure if the price I paid was fair, as I was quoted $75/hr, driving fee to my Upper Manhattan apartment, plus a materials cost. Overall, the workers were courteous, clean and fast. I only wish they had been on time and had the right materials for my job, and that I could have gotten an itemized bill of services.

Two guys showed up on time. They were friendly and assessed the situation quickly. Fairly basic job for them so they had the parts necessary and had done it all within an hour. Paid and clear itemized invoice same day. It's nice when it's apparent that a firm genuinely appreciates your business.

Very well. It took the electrician only a minute or two to figure out that I hadn't screwed the bulb in properly.

Terrible! They cancelled on us during the time they were suppose to be at the appointment.

All went very well. Cutting the concrete was very hard and slow, more so than expected. It resulted in very fine dust, which the crew didn't expect and weren't able to protect from perfectly. That was one minor setback. The end result is beautiful though.

They were great. They were quick, the pricing was fair. I would recommend them again. It was $300 or less. It literally took them an hour and a half, and they didn’t have to go buy the part and come back. It was really nice that they were able to come in and fix it on the spot and now it’s fixed completely. They were excellent. I’m in real estate and there is no category where I wouldn’t give them an “A”. I've had plenty of bad electricians.

Took a bit longer than expected but work all completed as promised.

I called them around 10:30 am. They had two guys out to the apartment within 3 hours. They fixed the short (burned-out breaker) and installed the closet light fixture. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Price was fair. Would definitely use again.

They did a good job. They were quick and efficient. There was one person here doing the work.

Cost was based on an Angie's List Big Deal. The company sent a technician to repair the turnoff handle to the electrical light fixture. He took one look at the fixture and said that it could not be repaired but had to be replaced. A second technician came after we had bought a new fixture. It appeared from conversations with the second technician that the original sconce fixture could have been repaired. We would not want to have the first technician do further electrical work at the building but would want the second technician to do so.

He was here all day, showing up on time and working efficiently. I had to pay for the insurance, but it was still a great value. He was also very polite and professional.

I called for an electrician, and they had one available for the next day, which is extremely rare for the city. He finished everything within the hour. He could have wasted time because I had no idea what he was doing. But, he performed the task to the best of his ability. I am happy that I know who to call, if I ever need an electrician.

They were great and I would highly recommend them.

the electricians were very professional, knowledgable and courteous. My only issue was that the company charged $50 just for them to come and I live right in manhattan where the office is.

The visit took less than 12 minutes. The cost is outrageous. I was over the phone told it would be $150 an hour. But apparently one has to pay at least for one full hour so actually $150 is a base fee. And on top of the $49.95 for driving fee (the store is 3 miles away) which I wasn't told off. $200 for less than 15 minutes. That is OUTRAGEOUS.

It was a $75 Big Deal and I bought the parts in advance.

The person who came was a good guy, but it was his first day on the job. He didn’t have the right tools for the job, so he had to leave and come back the next day. It was not a pleasant experience, but it was the company’s fault for sending him, not the technicians. It would be easy for them to improve their service, just by making sure their techs have the right tools.

The technician arrived and replaced the circuit breaker on time and quickly (but expensively)

Went well. I obtained an appointment quickly. They came on time. They diagnosed a light switch problem in the kitchen and fixed it immediately and then diagnosed the other switch problem and fixed that immediately. I would use them again. Kate
