Pest Pro

My tenant emailed me photos of a line of bedbug bites on her child's torso and a plastic bag with a bedbug in it. Another tenant, who had experienced bedbugs in another building, recommended I speak with Prep4Bedbugs. Prep4Bedbugs recommended three exterminators. I chose Pest Pro to evaluate the extent of the infestation and, if necessary, take appropriate steps to rid the apartment of bedbugs. I had a long conversation with John at Pest Pro. He was extremely helpful. The cost for extermination for bedbug infestation can be $1500+ and is a two-step process that involves an enormous amount of prep work by the tenant if the treatment is to be effective. Since the tenants had turned the mattresses over and not found any other indication of more bedbugs, there was the possibility that the one bedbug had hitchhiked in on the child's clothing and there was no infestation. As a preliminary step, John arranged for a $250 visit from an independent inspector and his two bed-bug-sniffing dogs. No infestation was found! Quite a relief for all concerned and I didn't have to part with $1500+. I strongly recommend Pest Pro.
