+ -1 moreParagon was responsive, came on schedule within an hour, and gave me a straight and fair assessment about what was going on with the lock. It was NOT the problem the other company had described, and "Aziz" went to work to fix the problem right away. In the end, I chose to buy a new system for safety reasons. This company is professional, honest, friendly, fast, and great value for money!
Description of Work: I needed help with an urgent situation regarding a Multi-Lock lock we have had for years. Another company had already come to look at it, and what they said was going on with the lock did not make any sense. Because the locks involve safety, which is paramount, I decided to pay the extra money and call Paragon for a second opinion.
