The Padded Wagon - Moving The Padded Wagon, was absolutely horrible, we had a nightmare experience with them. Our insurance company had to take them to court. They came in, 2 out of 3 people could speak English poorly, they were packing our stuff and we let them play the radio,but they played it very loudly. One of them used our toilet on the main level of our home, (we were selling the home and signing papers 2 days later), the guy flooded the bathroom he shut the door and left it. It flooded our basement, it ran and ran and ran and ran, it went into the air conditioning vents that was on the floor, it ran for over an hour. The basement had ankle deep water all in it, and the music was so loud we couldn't hear it running. My husband went to used the bathroom and found it, ran downstairs to get a mop and found the basement flooded. It had popped the vents out, and our stuff that was in the basement got wet, there was $5,000 in damage. They called their supervisor, he came out the next day to look at it, and the owner of their company told our insurance company that we did it. So, our insurance company took over and investigated it and found them at fault. We had even bought them pizza for lunch and they threw the boxes in our crawl space and the guys were laughing at the guy that had flooded the house. They even over charged us for the moving job.
