Pacific Lawn Sprinklers

Based on Angie’s list recommendation, I started using this company. Have for the past two years. This past spring, they turned on my system-no problem. I then received an email informing me of a Sunday service appt. I hadn’t made one. On line I canceled the appointment and called the company the next business day. I was informed I had made the appt using an online account. I never signed up for same but indeed the company, as part of its protocols had created one for me! When I further questioned how this occurred, I was told I had called in the service call. I did not. In the end, another company representative called to explain it was all a mixup by the operator who took the call. The account set up was company practice but I was assured that all appointments had been canceled as had the on line acct. Yet within two days of this assurance, I received another Pacific email notice saying I had begun the process of making an appointment on line and had to just enter the date. None of that is accurate and flies in the face of Pacific representatives telling me that the email account they had created had been cancelled. Just to add, in July in yet another email I was advised service was due on my sprinkler system. Upon calling just to check on the offered service, I was advised that such service would have incurred a charge and was actually a solicitation for business. The whole experience with how Pacific uses email for solicitation not information gives me pause. Until this time, I had been pleased with Pacific, but I’m thinking I need to find another vendor .

Very well. Leak fixed and tested on first visit. Valve needed to be ordered which took about a week. Sprinklers and lossof water handled and controlled manually in the interim.

My experience with Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was great. The appointment process started off without a hitch, repairman was prompt, initial repairs were done quick, consultation for new sprinkler heads was spot on and a second appointment to add two new heads to the sprinkler system was done on time and right on schedule with a fair price. I will call Pacific for any lawn sprinkler service work in the future!

We hired Pacific Lawn Sprinklers based on previous reviews and they did not dissapoint. Nick (don't know last name) came out to check our system and was very easy to talk to, showed us what was working and what needed to be replaced. Nick and one other came out to do said work within a week and took the time to show me how to accurately work our system. I would hire them again and Nick was great to work with.

Pacific Lawn Sprinkers we’re faced with several challengers due to the rules and regulations of our Water Authority. They met all the challenges in a very professional and timely manner. The workers were very hard working and efficient. In addition they were careful to do as little damage to our plantings as possible.

Gave a specific time window. Professional. On time. Responded promptly to phone call. Switched from another company which kept on charging more money each year. Everything worked perfectly when they left. Very pleased.

It went as expected scheduled them online and they responded with a time which was quick showed up early and replaced the head and it was very smooth and easy.

After a less than stellar performance by the company I hired last year, I was a bit leery to hire a company I had not prior experience with. But, from the first initial call to the time the service was complete, I had a wonderful experience. The technician was very professional, punctual, patient, thorough and honest. He definitely was an expert at his job and made me feel comfortable. He walked each zone with me as I discussed my concerns and adjustments I needed made. He had to change out a sprinkler head and suggested updates I may want to do in the future. No pressure, no hard selling. All was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use Pacific Lawn Sprinklers and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Pacific Lawn and Sprinklers did a great job. First, they do free estimates and are very punctual and fast with the quote. Then I couldn't believe the price! So cheap for an entire lawn sprinkler system, for about 1/2 an acre. They were super easy to schedule the service, payment terms were easy, and on the day of installation they showed up on time, were very professional, clean, and clear about the work they were providing. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for lawn sprinklers. They also have a very cheap maintenance package as well.

It went fine, quick. I wish he spent a few more minutes checking each head coverage before leaving.

Terrific. Greg Howard was thorough, understood the job and even found small things that needed to be changed, like timer system needed battery changed. He also checked the sensor system which was broken and moved it to a better location.

Steve is a real professional. He always takes the time to do the job correctly and we have been using him for the past 10 years. We would not consider using anyone else

Overall my initial experience with this company was a good as one could expect. Greg was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and ethical. No gouging or overselling. Highly recommend!

Angel was a Superstar! He explained every recommendation during the process. His personality and professionalism were second to none!

Installation team arrived exactly at 8am as promised. They were professional, courteous and completed the project that same day. The lead installer gave us a thorough inservice on programming and operating the system and answered all of our questions. The crew did a great job in cleaning up the property despite the fact it was raining quite heavily in the afternoon.

Had a wonderful experience with Pacific. In spite of their name, i worked with them on landscape lighting. They were very professional in the initial outreach, Giuliano came over very shortly. Was a pleasure to deal with, they did the job and I am very happy with the work. The lighting in the front makes it even more special to come home to. I am now planning to put lighting in the back yard. I could not be happier with the whole process. Highly recommend Pacific

I had a major problem last year and called Pacific. Angel came to my house and my problem was fixed writing the hour. It was a broken cap which had cost me a $230 water bill. Angel was professional, quick, and very pleasant. Donna, in the office, was also wonderful when I called to make my appointment. I would never use another company for anything having to do with irrigation.

Great! Technician is always respectful and professional. Explains all work needed before doing work. A pleasure to work with.

These guys are the best. They are always prompt and professional. They do high quality work and answer all my questions. They don't pad the bill by coming up with fake repairs like many of the other irrigation companies do.
