Description of Work: Installed 7 zone sprinkler system. Installed the system on schedule and is working properly.

Description of Work: They service system for the winter. I will have them back in the Spring to turn them back on and check all the sprinkler heads and do any repairs that are needed. Very nice to deal with, from the receptionist who scheduled the appt, to the service man that came to our home. Very good experience.

Description of Work: I was having new planting in the front of my house and the Company recommended Pacific Lawn Sprinkers. Two days after the plantings were done the sprinklers were installed. It was a full day just to do the front of my property. They were very nice and cleaned up. I haven't had any problems with the system. And, I plan on using them next Spring to install the sprinklers in my back yard.

Description of Work: The provide installed our sprinkler system several years ago. While doing so, they cut electrical lines to our garage, and never mentioned it. They filled up the holes with soil. Several days later, we realized our garage door was not working...along with the lights. Several hundreds of dollars later, an electrical company found the cut wires buried in the soil. They replaced the wires while I called Pacific to let them know. I was told that since we did not report the cut wires when it happened, they would not reimburse our electrical costs. I explained that we were never TOLD about the cut wires and had to find out through a third party. I am done with this company.

Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system. Incredible job. Where they dug holes in lawn they were patched and from the time of estimate till the end if job they were fantastic.

Description of Work: When I called to schedule an estimate I was told I would get a call back. It was a week later when they did call to schedule, and then the day of the appointment they did not show up when scheduled. The gentlemen who showed up were very friendly but the price was almost a $1000 more than the 3 other companies I received estimates from. They claimed they put in more features which were no different from the features listed on the other estimates and they claimed the permit fees increased the cost.
