Very happy with service. There were a couple of minor issues after the initial visit. I called and the company followed up quickly and resolved them. The technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Pacific Lawn care again.

Extremely satisfied with the service, price and overall experience. Was able to schedule an appointment one day in advance. Team of two called ahead, as promised, and arrived on time. Was very familiar with the brand of system we have and performed a thorough inspection quickly, making minor repairs along the way. System was fully operational in less than an hour. Was given a complete rundown of services performed and shown areas that had issues. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Sprinkler service was good and arrival time was on point, but the price on the other hand was quite pricey... I felt certain things were a bit over priced and thought about using another service, as I wasn’t looking to spend that amount of money and was hit with a service fee on top of it which I wasn’t even aware of before scheduling for an estimate, but this information is displayed on there website......unfortunately there wasn’t any type of discount provided either (customer service communication wasn’t there)...but overall the quality of the work was good but probably could have shopped around for a better deal to save money.

Great, fast, perfect! Their in-ground sprinkler system was professionally installed and has worked perfectly for years. Very dependable for fall and spring maintenance (about $60 each time). Their workers are very courteous, punctual, and leave NO mess. I would recommend them without reservation for this effort.

Our previous service fixed a valve that failed at shutdown in the fall. We have tried to contact them but got nowhere, so we went on Angie's List to find someone else. We got a quick response from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers. Mason called before arriving, came on time, checked the valves and the entire system, replaced a broken sprinkler head and flagged the heads for the new robot mowers our HOA is installing. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. We are delighted.
