Description of Work: Replaced a stuck solenoid valve. When we tested the system after the technician left, we found that a different zone had stopped working. I went into the sprinkler manifold valve box, which was a total mess. There was a disconnected wire (causing the newly dead zone) and the old defective valve had just been left loose in the box. I had to reconnect the loose wire myself. I left feedback at the company's website, but got no response. The low grades are due to the sloppiness of the repair and the fact that although the original problem was fixed, the service call created a second problem which I had to fix myself.
