Willie was here a little early which he typically is. He performed the system blow out pretty quickly--I am guessing that he was here all of 15-20 minutes. I was happy with the work and happier to have saved at least $25 over what I normally would have paid. I will use them again.

They contacted me to set up the appointment. Agreed on waht day and time worked best for me and showed up on time. Did a great job and stuck with the quoted price. I will use them for other services.

They had someone at our place 18 hours after we called them. The technician was on time and did a great job. We're very happy with the work.

Technician was on time and polite. He found teh problem right away and said thet someone had left the outside valves in teh wrong position. He adjusted also a couple of heads that we wanted adjsuted while there. On time - polite and professional. When my husband came home and I told himwhat was wrong - he said that it was the previous Pacific technician that had left the valves that way when he winterized as no one else had been into the outside valve box. When Bill came he called and explained and said he should not have to pay for the fix and call out as if the previous technician had done his job properly we would have been able to turn on the sprinklers and not needed a call out. The office people couldnt care less and insisted that we had to pay. Now I am looking for another firm to winterize the system this year. Whats the point in having good technicians if your office staff have not heard about customer service?

Mario arrived precisely at the beginning of my appointment window and took his shoes off before coming into my home. He finished exceptionally quickly and was on his way. Overall, a great experience.

Had Pacific in this spring to tune up my lawn sprinkler. The girl who answered the phone and set the appointment was great and so was the guy they sent. Had them back recently to waterproof my entire basement. The foreman/salesman John B was straight forward and supervised all the work. They were neat, clean and very reasonable. These are the first contractors I actually felt very comfortable in my home. Definitely recommend them.

We have used them for at least ten years. Everything is fine and we are pleased with the service. The price is reasonable and they are efficient. The same man comes each time and he is personable. He has been here about five times.

My wife and I choose Pacific Lawn Sprinklers to install our sprinkler system this past summer because last year they decorated our home for Christmas. The estimator came, gave us so many great ideas, we told him our budget, he made it happen, installed first week of December - the house looked amazing. Our two sons were so EXCITED to see the outside of the house all lit up. They came the first week in January and took everything down and stored all the materials - simple - easy - exactly what we wanted around the hectic Holiday's. So this Summer we used them to install our lawn sprinkler system, which again was an easy process - whatever I had in mind - they did and gave me helpful tips to make sure all was getting covered. Not a probem at all with the whole process. We will continue to use this company for our Holiday & Sprinkler needs.

Needed an emergency service and the customer service rep was able to send a technician over within 2 hours. He turned off the main valve and came the next day to do the repairs.

The 2 technicians that came out were on time and very professional. Repaired only what was necessary and did not try to hard sell anything. Would definitely use again.

Overall, two thumbs up! They came right away, installed everything as described and promised. Of three bids, they were the least expensive. It was an "apple to apple" comparison with the same equipment manufacturer, number of zones and heads. I needed a small adjustment after they left and they came back promptly to make the adjustment.

I thought the initial estimate was high so I got estimates from 2 other competing companies. Pacific was 10% lower than the next lowest bid. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, worked neatly and installed what appears to be a quality system. The crew of 3 plus a foreman worked for about 6 hours, so I guess the price was really correct, and were careful not to disturb any of my plantings (I have mostly a flower garden with a very small lawn). The sales person told me to plant any shrubs or perennials prior to their visit so they would know where to place the sprinkler heads but not to plant the annuals yet (makes sense but I would not have thought of it). They were very considerate as my changing schedule necessitated changing installation days. They really know their stuff. I needed mist heads since my garden is mostly shrubs and flowers. Some of the heads needed to be elevated either to clear certain plantings or to cover additional footage. Wherever possible, these were hidden in shrubbery. Again this makes sense but I would not have thought of that either. Then again, I guess that's the point. Get the job done at the right price with no hassle.

They were very professional. They came in, did what they had to do and everything is fine. They got it done within one day. I had no problems with them. I thought that the price was good. The quality has been good so far. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism have all been very good.
