They were punctual, neat, thorough and responsive to our questions and concerns. This was true of both the office staff and the workmen who came to our house. Their projected cost to us, including materials, was right on.

Mario (supervisor) and Jose completed the job. He was very professional and very polite and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up the job and showed us how everything is operated and made sure we understood how everything works. Highly recommended!

Quick to return call and showed up the next day to fix sprinklers and rain sensor. Came out in POURING rain and got the system working perfectly. Cheaper than competitors, competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely saving this number.

The 2 men who came for the estimate/diagram drawing were very friendly and informative. We thought the estimate was fair compared to some others we had gotten. When the men came to install a few weeks later they were professional and punctual. My husband was home throughout the install, when I came home from work it didn't even look like they were finished because my lawn looked untouched. We are really happy with how everything was placed. Our lawn looks great despite the massive heat wave. We look forward to using pacific to winterize and open the sprinklers up next season.

i decided to wait and do the job in the future, but they were very professional and punctual when coming to visit site for estimate. their quote was very close to another competitor who also came out to give an estimate. i would call them again when it is time to get the job done.

COULDN'T.BE.HAPPIER. Started off with a very responsive phone operator who answered my questions and booked my appointment for an estimate. Steve Dellafiora showed up promptly and was the great guy, Steve didn't give me the feeling I was being sold too (which is nice) great source of information and showed me exactly what he wanted to do in terms of laying out the sprayers and running the piping. Gave an estimate on the spot price was half of what other companies had quoted. On the install day (95+ heat) , again Steve and his crew showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. Was given a tutorial on the sprinkler controls. The system has worked great. Had Steve come out and change one thing, it was done very quickly and at no charge. I highly recommend Steve and his crew and Pacific Lawn Sprinklers!!!!! They are true professionals.

To be honest I saw adds for alot of sprinkler systems.. I needed one because it would be impossible to water my lawn.. I set up an appointment with them.. there is a guy who cames out to do a price quote.. very nice he worked with me on price and it seemed reasonable for what i wanted. he walked around.. went in the basement to where i needed the connection saw what he needed to see sat in his car for a while mapping out what i would need then he rings my door bell with a quote of around 1,900.. i have a pretty big corner house for queens. I told him i would think about it and in the passing weeks i got a couple more quotes from other people. ( another company i showed them where everything was and they seemed clueless.. and the only reason i could actually show them because the guy from pacific showed me, and even then they wanted 2500.. another company called automatic he came in.. knew what he was talking about but wanted to charge me 2800 or 2600 something like that.. (nearly 1,000) more.. he explained that it was a family business.. i showed him pacific s quote and he didn't budge with his price.. he showed me his angies list rating which by the way pacific has him beat with that also.. because pacific has double the amount of raters.. After realizing no one seemed as professional and if the were professional they weren't as cheap.. i booked them.. They came within a week.. which was yesterday.. yes it took like all day.. but i only had to be home to acknowledge them then i was free to go as i pleased as most of the work would be done outside.. he did explain that at one point or another he would have to come in to attach to my water line. and that wouldn't be for about 4 or five hours.. The guy i didn't get his name explained how he likes his work done correctly and told me what head would be best for grass and which for the flowers.. and i made a slight change in the heads i wanted for the grass outside my gate because it would save me more water (I don't like to see water wasted on concrete.) He was polite explained all of his steps.. professional mind you it was 90 degrees out side and worked diligently through out the day. when he was done he showed me how to work it.. and what can i say.. all smiles here i am satisfied.. They set it to work at 4am and the water and all the different cycles will be done by 5am... i don't have touch my water hose again.. unless im just playing around with my daughter ;-)

Two gentlemen showed to give an estimate to reconnect a zone that had been punctured by a patio crew installer. They said they would dig to find the punctured line, repair it and install four new rotators and replace a mister head by the patio. I thought the estimate was way out of line.

Work was performed quickly. Per consultation we were expecting the yard to be dug up in a few locations but you couldn't even tell any work was done! The new sprinkler heads and positions improved the watering process. We didn't look into any other irrigation specialist so I don't have a price comparison but we will definitely be using Pacific Sprinklers again and will recommend to others.

They did a good job. They came out when they said they would be there.

Have now had them come and flush water from our spinkler system for 2 winters. They came and did the job well on both occasions. What was interesting though was that on both occasions one of the sprinkler heads (the same one on both occasions) bust right when they came to do their work. The first time they overcharged me to replace it (checked the price for the preice on amazon right after they left), the second time he replaced it for free when I mentioned that the peice that broke was the one that he had replaced the previous year. The fact that a sprinkler head broke when they came to do their work twice seems a bit too much of a coincidence to me. You are welcome to draw your own conclusions.

They are honest and quick. I've used them for several years and I kind of wish I didn't have to pay as much. They say I do because of the system I have. I haven't compared their price. They are very punctual. I might get a quote next time to see what the going rate is.

They knew the problem & fixed it, my sprinklers are now on a set cycle for the season

Very professional firm. Seems like they are a franchise but it felt family owned... They came and turned on the sprinkler system, adjusted sprinkler heads and reset timer. Professional email follow up and invoicing. I would use them for all of my sprinkler needs based on this one positive experience.

Installation was done very well. They then came back a week and half later to activate the system. Everything has been going well ever since. They did a great job.

The technician did a great winterization and was very professional. I was very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

Excellent work, punctual, professional. Juan helped me locate the valve to open the sprinklers, as I was not too familiar with the placement. He's cognizant of the house's setup and was very friendly. I will definitely call them again when needed!

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers told us that a valve had not been installed by the plumber, which was incorrect. So although we got a good price for the installation, we had to pay the plumber as well. He did a good job as far as the sprinkler is concerned. He spent quite a lot of time here. He called us to say he was a little late so that was ok.

The price was reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are very professional.

The Customer service person was prompt, courteous, and helpful. She set up the appointment for the winterization at a convenient time, and provided advice on the services they could also provide next Spring. The serviceman arrived on time (during the 2-hour window they specified), was highly professional, and completed the work in a highly satisfactory manner. I will definitely use them again next Spring.
