Pacific Lawn Sprinklers

All went fine with the actual winterization. The lead guy of the crew was very friendly and the work was quick. Unfortunately, the day before the backflow preventor burst...but they were able to complete the winterization anyway and did not push "fixing it now" on me, which is appreciated. I was told it can be fixed in the spring. Would use them again.

They were pretty good. They were recommended by our realtor because we just moved in. They were very professional when they came out. They were on time. They have to have access to the sprinklers and the line so they let us know. I haven't had any issues with them.

It was really well. They prices are good and I think they are comparable to what others offering. They always show up exactly on time and they are very professional. I plan to use them going forward as well. I was a new costumer for the spring start up and they gave me discount in the rate of 50$ and I paid 90$ for the winterization.

The representative showed up on time, provided me with materials for the equipment to be used. We did a quick walk around and he laid out what he expected in terms of misters/rotary heads. There were a few things I questioned and didn't get a good response. 1. We had a whole house water filter and he indicated they would be cutting in the system after the filter, thereby giving my lawn nice filtered water. 2. He'd be watering my border tress (arborvitaes) with rotary heads and he would be putting misters in the gov't strip (strip of lawn next to the street). I subsequently found out that the gov't strip wasn't supposed to have any sprinklers in it. And that watering buses directly with rotary heads wasn't recommended. They do a lot of big jobs, and I was feeling that maybe they were too big to provide the service I wanted. I went with a more local contractor, who addressed those concerns above without my prompting.

They were great, on time and the work was done beautifully. The price was also reasonable.

All the work was completed in a couple of hours and they cleaned up after they were done. Very professional. I will be using them for start up and close down and anything in between from now on.

I decided on this company based mostly on Angie's List reviews. Their price was reasonable and lower than some others. They cover a large area in the NYC meto region but they do it with many local providers, so they really know my area. We made an appointment for our service within a few days of my first call to them and they came on time. I walked around my house with them, when they came in the beginning of the season, and they made reasonable recommendations. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. They seemed to do what they had to do in a very straight forward way. We finished up the paperwork and payment without complications and we were done in a reasonable amount of time. One of the reasons I also chose this provider was that they had a special promotional offer, which i was able to use without difficulty. I have only interacted with this company once but I anticipate a good relationship with them. I have already received an email reminder to have my end of season service with them shortly.

They were nice. They gave very broad estimate and turned it to be way high for the job.

Very professional. They came on time and turned on our sprinkler systems. They found faulty sprinkler heads and very able to replace them for a very reasonable rate.

They arranged an appointment and arrived on time. Their compressor had a problem and needed a new battery. They went to purchase a new one and came back within a half hour. They were apologetic for the delay. They blew air into the irrigation lines to winterize the system and inspected the sprinkler heads while they were at it. They shut off the electronic timer and cleaned up after themselves. They charged me far less than the company I had been using for the past 10 years. I paid by check. When I asked for a receipt the guy told me it would be emailed to me. I have not gotten a receipt as of yet. My experience with them was favorable. Hopefully, they will continue to delight when they open the system for spring. I would like it if they did give receipts and sent a confirming invoice-paid email. I also inquired about an annual contract rather than a pay-as-you-go payment plan. They do have that. I will call them to arrange that and follow up with my receipt. (For future reference) Not a deal breaker but, since I was a new customer I would have appreciated a follow-up phone call.

They are by far the most professional service I have used. I had been waiting on another local company to come for over a month. Pacific came right away, gave me amazing service and their price was very fair.

Full sprinkler installation on third of an acre lawn. Seven zones, two of which are in flower beds against the house and required misting heads instead of regular heads. Also installed a spigot for a hose on front of house. Digital control in garage. Arrived on time just after 8am, and worked non-stop (with a short lunch break) until 3:45. The crew was professional and courteous, and definitely knew what it was doing. The crew leader was patient and friendly and explained everything at each step. I also love the fact that they gave us a quote on the spot and then came to do the job only 7 days later. Would definitely work with Pacific again.

Very responsive. Show up as promised and on time. Knowledgable and personable. The drain caused some issus after a few weeks (heavy rains had washed around the drain and slushed soil and grass away. Pacific came back to address the issue, fixed the drain, added additional asphalt around the drain. Free of charge to address the problem. No issues since. Great service.

I found the people I worked with at Pacific to be professional, knowledgeable and punctual in terms of meeting their commitments. At the end of the job, I felt they clearly delivered what was promised. While they weren't the "low bidder", I selected Pacific because I thought they best understood the job and had worked before with the landscaping firm that was doing a considerable amount of restoration work necessitated by damage from Hurricane Sandy. In addition to completing the job on the promised timetable, Pacific returned on several occasions without added cost to make post installation inspections and to consider and adjust as necessary sprinkler heads to take into account newly installed plants and shrubs. Bottom line, I hope I never need to redo what the work that was just done but I am very committed to use Pacific for the periodic opening and closing of the system and any required maintenance.

The business is family owned, I think three generations. The young partner arrived and really knew his stuff. Far superior to my last irrigation contractor. Prices were very reasonable. Amazing find. My neighbors standing outside were equally impressed and they are now clients too. Well DONE!!!!!

Great customer service, great work. Sprinkler heads are way over priced (buy them online for a fraction of the price). I developed a leak from a head they had replaced and I called up the employee that performed the services directly and he corrected the problem in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend

Stephen, the manager & foreman, came to assess my lawn and provide a quote. The price he quoted was very competitive, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Despite receiving a similar quote from another well-known contractor in the area, I decided to go with Pacific. Stephen and the crew arrived punctually and were already at work by the time I arrived. I provided them with water and food throughout the day, which they were extremely appreciative of. (PLEASE people...these guys work VERY hard in very hot weather to do a quality job for you, so please extend some hospitality to them, regardless of which company you go with.) They did a very thorough and meticulous and thorough job, and finished on time. Stephen paid particular attention to aiming and calibrating the sprinkler heads properly, and did a superb job explaining each step of the process. In short, Pacific are a group of dedicated professionals who are experts in their field and truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I recommend them highly.

Overall they were very good and they always gave me an idea of what they were doing. I did not have to rely on my own judgement. They were very professional and they made good decisions. I also requested they put an extra sprinkler in and they honored my request. They were very honorable and honest with me throughout the time they were working.
