I did not use them. They were pretty prompt and gave me a good quote. It was a good estimate but the reason I didn't go with them was because my backyard was already done by another company so I decided to go ahead with them although they were a little more expensive. They were responsive and punctual. Their estimate was fair.

We have Pacific Lawn Sprinkers service our underground sprinkler system. They provide service when needed and blow out excess water at the end of the season. They are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great, no issues. Was informed that one zone didn't activate from the control panel. Removed one sprinkler head and evacuated the zone.

I had 3 estimates for the sprinklers and theirs was the lowest. They told me I wouldn't have to replace the old system in the front yard and could hook up the back. They were honest and professional and always on time. Everyone they've sent to us has been great. They send email reminders for maintenance and when to turn your sprinklers on and off. Every appointment has an email reminder. Great value.

They were very responsive, and the quote was very reasonable. But they were 2 hours late due to a malfunctioning pump - and did not call us. I have two small kids, who were cooped up all day because we were waiting. Then when I called them, they said they were going to be 30 minutes late. They showed up 2 hours late. But they gave us a $50 credit for our trouble - which brought the service cost to $15. Their major failure was being proactive and honest about timing.

Everything went very well the 3 times we used them. This company gets to you quickly and always does a good job with their work. Their price is a bit high, but I've used a few other companies for a lower price and none match up to Pacific Lawn Sprinklers in terms of overall quality, punctuality, and workmanship.

We have just moved into a new house that sits beautifully on a corner with great landscaping. The previous tenants were renters who did not take care of the house so when we moved in we had a lot to take care. This company had taken care if the house previous,y so we had called them to assist with getting Inge fixed. They responded immediately and came and fixed every light with care and walking my husband around the entire lot so he would see exactly what was done. They a vey professional and take their time - no rush jobs here. They also came and blew out the water from irrigation before onset of winter and did an excellent job. We even called them to do our holiday lighting but having just moved into a new house our expenses need to be at a minimum so we decided to hold off until next year. Would highly recommend.

It wen't great. On time and professional.

Went great. The only complaint I have, is they left out a small patch of grass that's actually connected with neighbor's yard, but technically is mine. I don't really fault them for that. Aside from that, they are great. I am very happy that I found them.

great service at a reasonable price, they have installed water sprinkler system for my 10000sqft of yard. Work has been done in half a day. crew was finished job within half a day.

Put Sprinkler system in over the summer and we had them come back to close the system for the winter. thought the servcie was great.
