Pacific Lawn Sprinklers

I was happy with my first phone call to schedule the service, but I was called the day before my sprinklers were scheduled to be shut off for a cancelation. Then I rescheduled and they called me the day of and said they couldn't come. I called and was livid. They did eventually make it to my house that day, but I was very annoyed. Then they started calling me to schedule the spring turn on. I find it a great nuisance to be bothered at inopportune times vendors. I see it as a solicitation call. After being called twice over the winter about scheduling, I finally told them I'd be using someone else. The service they provided was fine, but nothing different than other companies and I found their canceling last minute very unprofessional. They may have a good price, but you sacrifice good service and planning!

arrived as scheduled didn't waist any time went right to work. gentleman knew his stuff gave me some recommendations. calling them back in july for service inspection. highly recommend.

The work was done professionally. They do it quite quick with the machine. So far the system runs good.

They were good. They came on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional and I was very pleased. I would use them again.

They opened a system that was installed by another. They also did a repair and didn't charge me. I was very impressed.

Steve has been taken care of my Sprinkler System for 2 years. He is very professional and polite. When they come late, they will call you and let you know in advance. The price is a little bit more higher, but you get a good service.

He showed up on time, did the job as agreed. He also agreed to move a sprinkler head without having to reschedule, the cost was within budget. He was supposed to provide a follow up call pricing out moving additional heads and a back-flow valve. I never heard back.

I was happy with Pacific's sprinkler turn off service last year and decided to use them again for sprinkler turn on as well as an outdoor lighting consultation. My appointment was cancelled via email a few hours before the service was scheduled, which was quite disappointing. I wrote an email asking if there was a specific availability later in the week. Luckily, they had an opening. Not only did the technician not show up, I never received notice the appointment was cancelled. I then wrote an email that was not responded to. Pacific finally showed up this week (even though I do not remember making another appointment) and turned everything on. To date, I have not received any follow up information about the lighting.

Easy to deal with office staff, very efficient with scheduling. Willie did a great job. Price seems fair. We compared his quote with another sprinkler firm. Overall, excellent. Very professional, on time, reasonable and efficient.

Setting up appointment was easy, especially since they had weekend hours available. I was given a 4-hour window, and they arrived towards the early end of the window. There were no issues in turning on the system...everything worked as it should. The price I paid was about the same as I had been paying in the past with another company. I plan on using them again.

Very professional. The guys took their time to explain the work and answer all of the questions. The price quoted was reasonable given amount of work that was required. The team was extremely accommodative as some sprinklers had to be slightly moved after installation. I failed to indicate where the fence is to be installed in coming weeks. The guys moved it without questioned asked. Highly recommended. Extremely happy customer. The system is working perfectly!!!

Manny is reliable, responsible, and courteous. He does good work and seeks to completely satisfy you. He really cares about his reputation and company. Seasonally, I do no need to think about what is required. It is automatically scheduled, confirmation calls are received, and he shows up to take care of what is required. The project turned out well and the sprinkler set up is perfect, covering all areas of lawn and planting beds. My requirements to keep the patio and siding dry were met. Couldn't ask for more. His work is not inexpensive, but it is reasonable.

Even though it was a rainy day, the technician made it within the promised time slot. He quickly did his work. He had a problem accepting the credit card for payment because his machine malfunctioned, but I was able to pay the bill online with a couple of days.

This company is the best. They were very pofessional, funny, and priced resonably. The company provides you with a window time for all services and will call 30 mintues before they arrived. I was provided with an installation date farely quickly and they have a zero percent interest payment plan. The installtion was a full day job. Once completed I was introduced to the system and all of my questions was answered. The were professional alll thecsteo of the way and I am completely satisfied.

I am very happy with the work. I called them and they replied right away. They came and provided me an estimate. I was able to negotiate the price and get a discount. They came on the day of schedule on time and they did a fantastic job. Their pricing is very competitive. They were really good.

I arranged a spring sprinkler turn on and inspection with Pacific through Angies list. I knew I was in need of repair. first 2 reps who came were WONDERFULLY professional and helpful. They represented their company well. they informed me the cost of my repairs would be close to replacing my existing system, (which was 28yrs old and ruined by Sandy damage and rebuild of my property). I arranged for Pacific to return for replacement estimate, as well as SEVERAL other companies. Long story short, Steve and crew were punctual, friendly, informative, professional and competively priced. The job was done and completed by Pacific last week. Clean up of my property is important to me, so I would have liked a bit better clean up. The system is one week old tomorrow; so far so good!

It went well. Easy job (I think) I might start doing this myself.

I've used Pacific to maintain our sprinkler system for, I would guess, at least 20 years. Initially, our system was taken care of by a number of different Pacific employees. More recently (the last ten years?), we've had the same person ? Vaz ? which has distinct advantages, in that he knows the system and the changes, improvements and maintenance that have taken place. More important, Vaz knows his stuff; he's fast, efficient and fair; he will make suggestions, but never high-pressures me to buy things I don't need. I have nothing but good things to say about the company itself. Pacific was very helpful years ago when two of my neighbor's trees went over in a storm and uprooted a good portion of my underground system, and more recently when a 60-foot oak went down in Hurricane Sandy and damaged the system. Further, when I had a question about billing (pre-Vaz), a letter to one of the then owners produced a no-hassle solution. The company does a very good job of scheduling appointments and the people with whom I speak on the phone are always pleasant and accommodating.

I like them very much. They come every season to turn on the system and turn off the system and then I call once or twice in between if I have some concerns or what have you. They respond very quickly and the person who takes care of my area is very professional, answers all my questions, spends time, offers suggestions, so I think they do a thorough job and their prices are good.

They were prompt and professional and fair (we had issues with other companies in the past that hit us with numerous upcharges that were not explained). This company was very transparent and was a pleasure to work with. We will be working with them again!

Made false promises about a promotional rate. Did a terrible job. I cancelled the check for the $50 and they have been harassing me ever since! Stay away.
