These guys are great. I've had the same guy come for the last 10 years. We even moved and he takes care of the same area. So pleased that I wanted to take the time to recommend them. Very professional, on time, trustworthy. I've never felt taken advantage of and always trust that when you use them once, they will call the following year to make another appointment. Takes the thought out of it. Great company

I've been using Pacific for the last 15 years. They planned and installed my system. They recommended drip irrigation beneath the shrub border I share with my neighbor. This was a great idea, especially, when I see my neighbor waste water trying to keep their side of the shrubs watered. Their entire staff is both punctual and professional. They may be slightly more expensive than the rest but I highly recommend Pacific.

The installation went great. Two guys did the whole installation in 1 day. I was very happy to have this done and stop messing around with hoses and sprinklers.

annual service contract calls perhaps 3 visits per summer to inspect the sprinkler system for problems. Inspection runs approx $75. Repairs are extra. With a very large system (40 zones) something is always breaking or leaking, so the cost of repairs is extra, but necessary and worth it. They are very responsive to calls, have a good web site for service or payments, and confirm all appointments by email.

What I like about Pacific - making an appointment is extremely easy online and the technicians are very punctual. They show up exactly when they say they will and even call ahead to let you know that they are on their way. The price to start up the sprinklers in the spring and winterize the system are reasonable - $50 each. What I think is a quite pricey is when they have to replace a sprinkler head. Last Spring they charged me $100 for a replacement sprinkler head. I found that these are about $15 at Home Depot and I can do it myself in about 30 minutes.

The Pacific Lawn rep showed up on time and checked out and turned on my existing sprinkler system and also gave me an estimate at my request for extending the system to the front of my house. Pricing was in line with my expectations. Very professional service. I will be using them ongoing for sprinkler maintenance and extending the sprinkler system.

Crew arrived on time, a bit earlier than the appointment time. They started to work immediately, digging out the new trenches for the new zones, and extending some of the existing zones. They seemed to finish ahead of the schedule job time, which was 5 but they finished around 3pm. Even though they accept credit cards, cash etc, they seemed to really want check/cash rather than a credit card which was fine and I can understand why with the fees and all eating into the profit. Everything has continued to work all summer without any issues, other than a significantly larger water bill from last year when we had not sprinklers. But all of the roses, trees and vegetables have done much better throughout the summer. The only complaint I would make is the pricing of the box, and the overall quote that included it. It was said that a box that does 12 zones was ~$600, from the same maker as the one I had which was Hunter. I inquired about this cost and they said it was included with the quote, when I heard back again they asked if they could change that to a different manufacturer, rain bird. I had checked out prices of 12 zone boxes and I think it was $150, the rain bird was even cheaper ,about $99 from what I could tell. I figured I would go with what they recommend so went with it. It certainly was easier to use. But after doing some math, before and after having the work done, it seems like the quoted price for the new box was way too much and possibly used to inflate the quote. It's a classic sales strategy, which I have seen done in many industries so is certainly not egregious. Compared to the other quote I received which was 7k for a whole new system, and 2500 to do half of the work that pacific lawn sprinklers did to augment the existing one, it was a good deal and well worth the money.

They were fine. They were responsive, did a thorough job and did the job I wanted. I had to call them to get some additional work done. They didn't have the tools and I had to call them to come to mount the control panel properly. I mentioned that I was expecting you to come back without me having to call because you knew it wasn't mounted properly. Maybe they were thinking they'd come back when they came back in the fall that they would do it. Their prices weren't the rock bottom so I expected a little better performance. They are all working properly. The guy was good. He checked them all and made sure they had the right coverages. Then he adjusted my times. From the stand point of being knowledgeable and doing the job properly,there was none, he just didn't have the tools to mount the panel properly and permanently. It was loose. He said that he'd come back in the fall and take care of it so I guess it could have been a slight misunderstanding and I am not holding that against him.

The service is great. They trun my sprinklers on and off for the season.

The service from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was fine. It was a little bit more expensive that I realized this time around when I did my inspection. I did my inspection this year too and I didn't ask for them back because I saw someone that would do it for a super price. I just remember it cheaper. This year we had the inspection with the back flow so we hired someone else that would do it for cheaper. It is just the price, it was just the price thing. They did everything quite okay. They did everything pretty well actually according to the guy who inspected it again. I just wanted to not spend so much money so we just got a cheaper price for the inspection. My interactions with them were fine. Their price is pretty average I guess, I just found a cheaper alternative. If my back flow system breaks, I would use them again in the future.

It turned out very well. We were very pleased. They were very prompt. They were very neat. They explained everything they were doing. I know that it was a reasonable price but I just don't remember it.

The service turned out very well. I give them a five. On a yearly basis, they turn the water on and they turn the water off. They service the sprinklers if there’s a problem. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did it neatly and they were on time. I had no problems with them. The cost to do the service was $50 each time.

They were alright. I wasn't too happy with it, which is why I stopped using them. It was very tough to communicate with the employees. None of them spoke English and I don't speak Spanish. So I wasn't able to actually tell them what I needed done.

Excellent company. I never have to call them. They have me on a schedule and contact me when service is due. Extremely reliable friendly and cost effective. Highly recommend their services. Office staff and field staff all courteous and professional.

Very well. While I, naturally, wish it was cheaper, part of the price was because I asked for the optional rain sensor (why water my terrace when it's already wet). They were really patient, and explained everything and gave me really clear demonstrations of how to do everything I'd want to know with the device.

We contacted this vendor. We planned to have them come out to our home to have them provide an estimate. They even sent a confirmation email. My Wife called them in the morning to confirm their 2 PM to 6 PM arrival window the morning they were to suppose to come out.Their estimator never arrived or bothered to call. I wouldn't contract anyone who misses their own appointments. I called them at 6:10PM to only be greeted by a answering service. The woman answering was nice enough and took my complaint and I told her how upset we were with this poor business practice.
