Hugo was on time. He went to work quickly and was very professional and friendly. This is the first time I used Pacific and highly recommend them.

It went horribly. Alex, who described himself as the brother of the owner/manager, and I went over the work at some length on the property. He said he would give me bid for both the back and front work. I told him that I would like to get the work set up, including agreeing on the bid, before I left on a trip out of the country in 10 days, so that the work could be done while I was away. Alex said there would be no problem meeting that timetable. Several days later I received a bid for only the back yard, with no mention of the front yard work. I called their office and asked it to have him call me. He didn't respond to my request. Finally several days later, shortly before I was to leave the country, I called the office and said once again I was waiting to talk to Alex. They tracked him down and connected him to me. I asked him about the omission of the front yard. He had no explanation, even though we had carefully gone over the requirements for the front, including his taking several photos of the area and possible locations for the water lines. During this phone call he said he would get me the remainder of the bid within a day or two. I left and country several days later without receiving it. In fact now over a month later, I still haven't received the bid that he promised he would give me. However, his failure to give me the correct bid has not stopped Pacific from pestering me with reminders that I'm supposed to respond to the incomplete bid that was earlier sent to me. Completely unprofessional, sloppy, and discourteous. Since then I have found another drip irrigation contractor who was timely, much cheaper and professional.

I had a broken line Sprinkler head line going from my lawn to my apron which I thought was going to be a nightmare to fix but the worker they sent Jose had the repair done in under 20 minutes. While he was my house he added another Sprinkler head to my front system as well. Great price and service. I'm in the process of having my home extended and when it's done will definitely have Pacific come out and reinstall my system in the yard. Also left out that they charged me to come to my home which no one ever told me they were going to do till I got the bill but when I emailed the company and explained that I was never made aware of this by the person who made the appointment or by the technician who told me what it was going to cost the owner of the company made me aware that unless it's a start up or winterize service that they charge 55.00 to come to the house but he waived it and credited me for the amount.

In todays world especially in suburban New York time is the most valuable commodity. However that does not appear that Pacific Sprinklers understands this concept with regard to the way they treat customers. We made an appointment on April 18th for April 28th to repair a broken sprinkler line. The person taking the call followed up with an email confirmation confirming an appointment between 11am and 3pm for April 28th( ten days in advance). The email states to only call to change or cancel, which I did not do. When we phoned the company on the scheduled date to get a better arrival time estimate, i was told we did not have an appointment as we failed to confirm the email sent on the 18th. When i tried to explain that the email was a confirmation i was put on hold for some time only to be told the appointment could not be honored and they could accommodate me the following week. I explained I wanted the appointment as soon as possible and was put on hold. I did not get the persons name but they were less than civil in the responses. I was then told someone would get back to me right away. Some three hours later I called back to ask the status and no one seemed to be aware that I was expecting a call, But after being put on hold for another spell I was assured a technician would show up on Friday April 29th between 2 and 6pm . I changed my schedule so I could be available. At 11:40 on the 29th I got an email to call regarding my appointment when the call was answered I was told “your appointment is Monday May 2nd in the afternoon”. When I said that was unacceptable once again I got a less than professional or civil attitude on the response. At which point I cancelled everything stating I would find a more professional and reliable service. We have used the service years ago and the technician was very professional and competent. It is unfortunate that the front office is destroying any good will accrued. The irony of this is when I was holding so many times for a response the captured advertising I was forced to listen to had a cheery guy saying “..Pacific sprinklers we are on time or we pay you!” To their credit, Pacific did contact me after I sent a complaint email, attempting to rectify the situation But after having changed work schedules twice to accomodate them, I was not willing to try a third time.

As usual -- we have used them for ten years or so -- very competent, punctual, and professional.

I am a am a new homeowner and know nothing about winterizing my lawn. The reception was very professional and answered all my questions while making my appt. I was given a 2 hour window and the lawn professional gave me a call to let me know he was on his way so I didn't have to sit around waiting for 2 hours. He arrived earlier than the 15 mins and was already set up when I came back from the store 5 mins away. He was very professional and answered all my questions about my sprinkler system. Would use them over and over again.

first, don't be turned off by a college point address if you live in nassau or suffolk long island. they seem to have providers that work for them on long island. the guy that came to me was professional and guaranteed his work. i was telling him that the provider that did my sprinklers last year did not do the spiggot by the pool and that it burst from being frozen and not blown out correctly, he said if anything wasn't done correctly, its on him and he would repair for free which gave me confidence that he did it right. There was a large waiting window (4 hours) which i thought was excessive, but he did show within that window and he did his thing independently and was super polite and nice and like i said, i am confident he did it right. what more can one ask for?

I was able to schedule appointment on line and pick a date and time convenient for me. Their hours are convenient for customers who work during the day - offering evening and weekend appointments. They called 1/2 hour prior to scheduled time to confirm and the staff member arrived on time and he was professional.

The technician arrived on time, got right to work, and completed the job quickly. I was very please and would certainly use them again int he future for all my irrigation needs.

PLS did a terrific job from the estimate to the installation. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone on the team. I wanted to have a nice holiday display this year, and they sure delivered. Installers were meticulous and very attentive to our needs. Folks on the phone, who answered questions on estimates, etc., were always available and quick-to-respond. Moreover, they answered questions via email, which is really vital in this day and age. My only minor complaint is that the upfront cost is substantial. I hope that we will see the value over the years as our decorations are carefully stored and re-installed year after year. Only time will tell on that front.

They were professional. I found them overly priced. I went with another company outside of Angie's List and they were $50-$75 dollars less.

They were great! Incredibly professional and informative. We are making them our sprinkler company going forward.
