wen't well. they tested the lines and equipment. Made small repairs.

They are very good. I got them from Angie's List. Their price is competitive.

Great - they are always on time and do a good job

Pacific got back to us right away (while the company who installed the sprinkler system years ago didn't even show up for the appointment or call us to cancel) and showed up at our appointed time. Work was done efficiently.

Service man came bc I wanted to add more,heads,and reconnect cut lines. Arrangements were made to come and get as much work as needed. Service man came and saud someone will make an appointment with you. Why did I have to pay $ 55.00 for a,service call, I already established my needs,via,telephone. Nothing got done, he opened up system and then it leaked for two weeks, only to find there,was,a little dirt on the head . Thats,what I was,told. I waited 2 weeks for that and then the job was,turning into to much work and disturbing my shrubs and flowers, decided it wasn't worth it and the cost involved. I was very disappointed to be charged $55.00 when I knew,what was,needed. And all the time involved and waiting from 2 - 6pm. They arrived,at 6:05 pm

10 days after my usual company came to open my sprinkling system I found a sprinkler head that was leaking. (They found no leaks when they came!). I called the old company and they said it would be over two weeks before they could come back to check they're work. So I found Pacific Lawn sprinklers on Angie's list and ask them to come. The people on the phone setting up the schedule were very polite and responsive to get someone to me as soon as possible even though I had to wait about five days because it's the season. They came within the time promised and were very professional and courteous. I didn't feel the same "attitude" of "you're not the only one" that I did with the older company. I felt like they cared. As I walked the property with them we found seven heads leaking in the system. Two days later my landscaper found a leak in the flower bed from the hose underground. I called the company and they squeezed me in to the point where they came 8 o'clock at night to see the leak in the underground hose. The very next day they fixed it and apologize for not discovering it is that when they first came. They are such nice people to deal with. They are now in charge of my sprinkler system because I think they're more thorough and caring about their customers.

Lot more work than they originally600 thought, but did a great job in terrible weather and no additional charge for the challenges they met.

The woman was very polite, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I have been dealing with this company for many years and have never had a negative experience with them.

The contractors arrived on time, and got right to work. They quickly discovered the problem, repaired it, and made suggestions about sprinkler head placement. At each step, we were consulted and informed. We were impressed by their expertise and efficiency, and we thought the price was great. In the end, Pacific programmed our automatic sprinkler system, replaced two sprinkler heads, and installed a new one to irrigate a chronically dry spot at the back of the yard, all for less than $500. The guys carefully removed and replaced sections of grass. Very impressive!

I just had a different company here 3 weeks prior that did the startup. I had lawn seeded yesterday and when I turned system on for the first time this year 3 zones did not work because of obvious leaks. I had to get water on all areas of the lawn fast. On a friend's recommendation I called Pacific Lawn Sprinklers. This was the first time I used Pacific. I received excellent service. Very Very Satisfied! They took their time and checked out the entire system. They repaired all the leaks and cut out invading roots that were causing the problems. They replaced bad sprinkler heads and then properly postitioned all heads on the system. I am also a Tech and it was apparant that they knew well of what they were doing. The system is sraying like new again. They adjusted programming on the sprinkler timer. Even showed me a couple of short cuts on using timer. I do not feel that I could of received better service than what I received from the Pacific Tech's Victor & Christian provided. Thank you!

Excellent and very professional service.

After getting several quotes, we narrowed it down to Pacific and one other company. Pacific came out a second time to answer all of our remaining questions, and we gave them the job. There were some issues with a machine, but the job got done in two days as they said it would. There was some confusion over the type of controller we wanted and their customer service was excellent and remedied the situation to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company.

The installation went very well. Everything was taken care of outside the house. All service calls are by appointment. It is not necessary to be home at the time of service. They know exactly what is needed

They installed the sprinkler system several years ago. They did an excellent job. The system has been problem free. They come back every year for regular maintence and check to see if everything is working properly. They are also very knowledgable about the different plantings and adjust the volume of water as needed I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Pacific Lawn Sprinkler. They are totally courteous, professional, considerate & timely. I highly recommend them.

Very good came when said they would

They were very, very good. The first time I called them they said they serviced my area. They were very punctual and reasonable. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The price was very reasonable. I recommended them to a couple of neighbors on my block. After a month or two I asked my neighbors how they made out with them and they told me they don't service our area. I was told the first time they went down as far as the country 30 miles south of me. They also serve several other areas that are close to my house. When I called them back I was told they did not service my area. They told me they did not have technicians in my area. They told me they would call me when they began covering my area and they never did. I think it is a mark on them.

Every time they come to the house I wind up spending money. In fairness to them, this time the tech replaced 2 heads that were over 5 years old. So I guess my problem is really with the sprinkler head manufacturer and not Pacific. But 200 bucks for two heads and to turn on the system is a little pricey.
