The boys from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers showed up on time and performed the work within 15 minutes. Have used them before and they are always on time, courteous, and perform the work in a professional manner.

They came in cheaper than another company I used at my other house. They were right on time to the minute. They did a great job clean and neat!! Would highly recommend. They were accommodating by running a separate line on the side of my house not to see the pipes in the front

I should have picked another company because their yearly start up and winterization maintenance are horrible. Their customer service reps are the worst, very unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager I found their manager to be even more unprofessional and rude. It takes 3 weeks to get a weekend appointment and they make you feel they are doing you a favor . Very unhappy and would not recommend.

It was amazing. Steve himself, an owner or manager, came out and spent several hours with me as we tried all sorts of checks to figure out the source of the leak--which was not from the sprinkler system, but somehow was activated when one zone of the sprinkler system cycled on. After we had gone through the whole process -- contractor, plumber, carpenter -- Steve and his assistants came back and did a last check for leaks in the sprinkler system itself, and there were none.

They show up. I don't have a competitive. They showed up on time, they did the work they were supposed to. They were reasonably priced and they easy to deal with. I've had other companies and they're at the top of the list so far.

I thought the price was very fair. We are using them again in the future. I took several bids, and they were by far the most competitive price. They were 50% cheaper than other bids I received for the job. They did as delivered. They said it would be a certain price. They said they would be here at a certain time. They did the job on time on the budget that they proposed. It took them less than a full day. Everything was done by email. They are very good about sending emails, confirmations, and reminders.

Their price was pretty competitive. I think the main person who meets with the customer is very knowledgable. Since this is my first house with a sprinkler, he explained to me why it would not be useable and the safety standards. They showed up on time, I didn't have to call them again and again. They are a real good company.

I think it worked out fine. They were pretty good. There was no quality involved. They were punctual. I may use them again, not because they weren't excellent but I had another guy that usually does it but I couldn't find his card. Everything was a good impression.

It worked out fantastic, it was good. Well, they have a web based internet. Their web-based appointments that you can make with them and the pricing they send you and their emailing. It's great. It was just right on time. If you make an appointment, they can tell you when they are available which is great. I don't have to speak to anyone. The user interface of their website is fantastic, you can say that.

It worked out fine, it was very good. He did a good job. The price was a little bit high. I used them because they were the closest. Pacific called me and told me they were right in my area, which they were and they did a very good job. He did a few things out of the ordinary that I asked him to do, which he did. He fixed a couple of other sprinkles and replaced another one that I didn’t expect him to do because it was destroyed but it wasn’t what I had expected him to do. He did it because I asked him to look at it and he did a very good job. He does not do lawn work, but he fixed it up so that it looked very good after he got through. I had the lawn fixed up before he came and of course he had to dig some stuff up, but he put it back together very good.

They do well, the price is right. They did in ground water sprinklers it was just the front and sides of the house, it wasn't the back of the house. They were very good. They winterize it so it doesn't freeze in the winter time and then come back in March or April to have it running again. Betting in touch with them is not easy, it's a lot through email. We currently are using them they will be back in October.

I installed my poor man sprinkler system in the front yard when I purchased my house back in 1985. I used PVC pipe and a battery-operated timer which took me 2 weekends to install. Over the last few years I have spent countless hours repairing my aging sprinkler system. It was time for me to replace it since I also wanted the side backward automated too. I researched a few lawn sprinkler companies in my area. “Pacific Lawn Sprinkler” had great reviews, not only for installations, but for service too. I setup an appointment for a quote. The representative arrived on time, surveyed the property and provided me a quote the same day. It was decided that there were to be 6 zones, 2 in the front yard, 2 in the backyard, 1 on the side yard and 1 for the flowerbed by the pool. We agreed the best time for the installation would be mid-July. My setup also required 2 anti-siphon backflow valves since there was not an easy way to get the water from the front yard to the backyard & pool areas. I was skeptical when I was told the whole job would be completed in one day. I felt that there were a lot of zones, sprinkler heads and 2 anti-siphon valves to deal with. Five workers showed up first thing in the morning on the scheduled installation day and immediately started working. They were both friendly and professional. I could tell that the team worked well together and that they knew exactly what they were doing. As promised, and to my amazement, they completed the job before the end of the day. I was told how the system controller was currently configured and how to modify the settings if I needed to. They also tested each zone, one at a time, to make sure I was happy with the coverages for the lawns and flowerbed. I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed. I plan on using them for the Spring startup, Fall shutdown and any possible future maintenance needs. They delivered exactly what they promised and completed it in 1 day as they said they would. I would recommend “Pacific Lawn Sprinkler” for any of your lawn irrigation needs. I now own a state of the art sprinkler system and feel that this was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

Working with this organization is wonderful. The representative Mike that handles Westchester and CT is so responsive and professional, I feel like he is a doctor on call. When doing renovations to yards or home, it is so important to have a company that understands the importance of that and can be there for you. Amazing! The prior company I was working with was a local Darien business and not responsive or friendly at all. Thank you, Mike for always going above and beyond.

Great company to deal with. I didn't end up doing the sprinkler system this year but when I am ready I will use them!!

Called on or about July 5th. Estimator Steve came out within 2 days. Turned out Steve is one of the owners of the company. Received a email that he would be there between 2 and 5. Steve was there a little after 3. Was promised a estimate to be emailed by 6pm had it before that time. Worse part was they were closed when I got the email so I could not schedule the work until the next day. Work scheduled for July 15th. Received a email that they would arrive between 8 and 12 that day. At 7:45 I look out the window and Steve was there marking off for where the sprinkler heads were to be installed. Work crew arrived about 8:05. As Steve said Eddie the foreman of the crew will become my new best friend. Work was performed flawlessly. Only hitch was the back flow valve was leaking internally and Steve had to bring another. Which did not slow the operation down at all. When Eddie drilled in to the house to run the wires for the control module and while stripping the wires he made sure that he clean all the scrap up. He even was picking up the fine sheet rock dust. There was not a single piece of debris left anywhere. I give this company A++++++ When I was looking into which company to use I never read the positive comments I always read the F comments. Hey things happen and you cant please everyone but what impressed me was the responses from the company management on the bad ones. They took ownership of the problem and were willing to rectify the problem where as another company that installs sprinklers seem to blame the customer for each problem. System work great no issues thanx again Steve Eddie and the work crew.
