Angel was great! He found the problem and repaired it in no time. He explained the problem and had the parts needed in his van to fix it. I wish I didn’t waste my time with Greg Tanzer and Home Adviser before Angel. I’ll be calling Angel for any other sprinkler repairs I may need in the future.

Best service call from any type of company I've ever had as a homeowner. Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. No attempt to 'upsell' or finding something to fix that doesn't need to be fixed. Will use again and again for regular sprinkler maintenance.

The overall experience was great. We initially called in a request for service as our sprinklers were not working. In addition to helping us with that issue, Angel Bernabe from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers helped us with an issue with one zone that we had had since we bought the house. We had been told by a prior vendor that the issue we were having would likely require us to dig up our driveway to repair it. Angel was able to identify the issue and repair it on the spot (no driveway disruption required) and we have a fully functional sprinkler system for the first time since we bought the house. Angel was very knowledgable and very professional. We intend to ask him to come back to give an estimate on landscape lighting based on our great experience.

Arrived on time. Let them in they went over to the program box and were inside for 10 minutes. Came outside and told me my box was broken. Showed me a blank screen. The said a new control box will be $220.00. I said no thanks paid them for the back-flow test and they left. I googled how to reset the control box, i took me 2 minutes and the screen was back to normal. So me that knows nothing about sprinklers fix it. On to of that i figured out how to turn on my own sprinklers. Saved myself $75.00 beware of these guys. Service is cheaper than a mom and pop but they try to make you buy things you dont neen

The crew arrived on time, checked the sprinkler system and promptly repaired the defects in the existing zones. Will definitely hire them again.

This provider clearly does not care about it's customers. They seem to be too big to care. I've scheduled an appointment with them. They set it for Saturday between 2-6pm. Friday at the end of the day I got a call saying they would not be able to make it, so we changed it to Sun 2-6pm. Sunday at 4pm the technician calls me saying he will not make it again. The lack of professionalism by them is outraging. Not only I had to change my weekend schedule on Sat, I then change it again on Sun just to be sitting waiting for them. Luckily there's plenty of professionals out there that take customers with more respect. I just decided to get quotes somewhere else. If you don't want to waste your time, go check another provider.

Had an appt and they never showed. Too bad for them, I live on 2.5 acres.

Great, they stand behind their work, and if there is a problem after repairs, they come back and fix, at no additional cost.
