The hole was dug and filled in with the line replaced within an hour. I was very impressed. Everything was left exactly as they found it. Excellent service!
Description of Work: Needed my sprinkler system winterized and they discovered a punctured line. Quickly replaced it and and got the system up and running before finishing the original job.

Initially I was disappointed with the pricing on a valve that was added but now I am fully satisfied and this new rating replaces my 1 star rating from before. There was a misunderstanding regarding the cost and need for a valve which was perhaps partially my fault but after briefly talking with them, everything was worked out to my great satisfaction. I will be using them again. The satisfaction guarantee is for real.

The technician arrived within the time frame I was booked for 2pm. to 6pm. he arrived at 2:10 pm he hooked up the system and went right to work he was done in about 20 minutes my system was winterized. Pacific Lawn Sprinkler is a great company I have been using them for about 3 years and I have never been disappointed.

They were wonderful. We have had the system for three years. The installers were excellent. They come the beginning of the spring to turn on the system and again in the fall to blow out the lines. I highly recommend them. We also had them install landscape lighting. It is beautiful.
