Terrible
Description of Work: I had an appointment at 2 PM for an estimate. I called about 3 PM when they did not show up. The lady quickly and a bit rude said no the appointment time was from 2-6PM. I did not remember this, but I could have been wrong. So I changed my plans to wait for the appointment. At 5:50 PM I called office was closed. It is 6:30 PM and they never showed up or even called. They wasted my afternoon.

I am saddened to see you wrote a negative review on our company but I feel the need to clarify some of your points for our other customers: I spoke to you when you called into our office and explained you had misunderstood the appointment time and date that was scheduled. We do record our calls for quality assurance for our customers. I offered you any other date and time that would work for you. Our main goal is customer service and our biggest feature is “ON TIME OR ON US”, if we are late to an appointment or miss an appointment we PAY YOU for it. I do hope you call us back in the future for an appointment!

Description of Work: They come twice a year to turn on and off our sprinkler system. They have been great! They have been cooperative and accommodating to our schedule. We have never had a problem with the service.
