I like that the service I received . I am a satisfied customer, love the way my rugs look and smell. I like the fact I received a courtesy from them to let me know they are on their way. The person was on time , which I love and very professional while doing the job explaining the products being used.

Our washer leaked and covered half our basement in water- we called Oriental Carpets & Upholstery they were at our house quickly (on a weekend!) and set everything up to clean and dry out the water. They were great communicators, always on time and did a great job. The three technicians represented the company well. We are very happy with the service we received.

Wow, is all I can say. My hand made carpets that I thought I would have to replace came out beautiful.The tech did a great job, this is not your ordinary steam clean, has a four step process that I really have not seen with the equipment he uses. The carpets are actually treated, an scrubbed, an then extracted, then brushed, the results are amazing, the products are pet safe I have a bird so I asked. Furthermore the house smells so clean. Do not hesitate to call for your carpet cleaning you will not be disappointed.

Very satisfied with Oriental Carpets &Upholstery and the professional cleaning of my 2 eight year old Afgan rugs. They came out bright and clean with no heavy chemical smell. The price was right, and the rugs dried in less than 2 hours.
