+ 2 moreWhenever I would experience any difficulty on the internet, they were very patient and helpful and walked me through how to use their tools and/or gave me additional resources to use.
Description of Work: For over a year, they have provided us with internet and cable. We recently added phone service as well.

+ -1 moreIT HAS BEEN FINE. THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS. I HAVE NOT REALLY UTILIZED IT TO THE FULL EXTENT, BUT I LIKE THAT THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN I CALLED THEM.
Description of Work: I GOT CABLE INTERNET AND A NETWORK AND A PHONE LINE.
