verizon does brings the Fios service to your office but will not hook it into your equipment(they will do it for your home or simple system but not for complex office systems). Oscar worked with the Verizon tech to do the necessary wiring and reconfigure our office computers) The transaction was simple , on time and dram free.

He was totally professional and I would highly recommend him to troubleshoot internal telephone wiring issues that the phone company won't touch.

I called him and he was here in an hour and a half. His name is Oscar Santiago. He was great. He was very reasonable and very professional. The lines were all mixed up as they were connected wrongly. I have three lines and I was trying to get rid of one. He helped me figure all that out. He really knows his stuff. He was very direct and straightforward. I think he might be an artist too. He doesn't mix words. He went beyond the call of duty in sending me more information via fax and email at no charge. He is worth every penny. He performed excellent work. He was fantastic.

I was referred to OS Telecom from a friend who used them with great results. I work from home and required a phone and computer system. I contacted other vendors that quoted very high prices ($2400 to $3000) and wouldn't do any custom cabling which I need because this is also my home. They were very thorough and explained my options without the usual salesman pitch. Once I agreed to an installation date, they came and installed the equipment and cabling in a very neat precise manner. Once the installation was completed, I also received a lesson on how to use the equipment. (Something I never got on my last system.) I was impressed with how patient they were with me, as I am not that tech savvy. Even after the installation, I've called for tech support on progamming changes that I needed. They've always been courteous and very helpful. I couldn't be more please with this company. The installation was neat. They arrived on time and did exactly what was agreed to. Absolutely no hassles! I would definitely recommend O.S. Telecom and hire them again should the need arise.
