They were a pleasure to work with, and very prompt. The worker was quick and efficient, the only reason I gave one less star was that he originally missed the chips along the edge of the kitchen counter and I had to point them out for a redo. I guess the original on site estimator did not tell the actual laborer about those spots that we talked about. Either way, no big deal- excellent work.

They were courteous. on time, very professional. I would definitely use them again for any tile work. They refinished a porcelain tile balcony and applied a protective coating as well. Reasonably priced.

When they came to give me an estimate they were very informative without being pushy. I received the estimate in writing that day. We set up the service for the following week. They handled all of the required building paperwork directly with the super. VERY PROFESSIONAL experience all around.
