The whole experience was seamless and done on time. The cost was a third of the rate that I was quoted by another firm. I was very happy with the way things turned out.

They took awhile after the initial estimate but that was because of a part delay and they wanted to get the right one which they did. They were very good at keeping me informed. The lady I dealt with was amazing so yes I would definitely recommend them with no hesitation

Yuri and Yulia were both very professional and were in constant communication throughout the job. The job consisted of removing 5 existing wall mirrors in our lounge and gym and installing 5 floor to ceiling mirrors in their place. In addition, we had them install floor to ceiling mirrors on another very large wall in our lounge, including a double door. All work from initial measurements to installation were always done in a very professional manner. Extremely satisfied with the final product. Thank you both Yuri and Yulia for making this a smooth project. Will be my go to company in the future!!!

I hired NYC crystal glass to remove mirrors that covered an entire wall. Customer service was great; responded to all my questions, scheduled the project quickly, and for less money than all other estimates. The mirror removal did leave a bit more damage to the wall than I had expected, but I'm not sure if that was the fault of their work or the the 50 year old drywall and skim coat it was adhered to.

Searched for someone to repair bathroom sliding glass doors that needed alignment since it was scratching the track. No one would repair shower sliders unless they had installed them. Crystal came and repaired the doors, were very careful removing them from the track etc. crystal glass men worked so well I had them return to fix old pocket doors that we’re presenting a problem gliding on the track. All fixed. Repaired my screen door handle as well. Needed replacement. Odd size but they handle was replaced perfectly after wasted my money at Home Depot to fix it myself. Reliable clean workers and on time!

Terrible job- did not know what they were doing and tried to cover up the poor quality job with excessive amounts of caulking. When pointed out that poor quality they tried to talk himself out of it and lie about the service. They charged extra for "custom work" but instead used scrap pieces of metal of different sizes that they probably had lying around to piece together and smeared caulk over gaping holes to cover it up! Had to hire a different company to redo the entire project from scratch. DO NOT use these guys-scam artists! RUN FAR AWAY!
