Excellent service from NYC Appliance Care! Sal (who made the appointment) was responsive, quick with getting the insurance certificate my building requires, and got someone here very fast. Alex, the repair person, arrived on time and fixed my Wolf Range, solving problems that I've had for many years and have been told by other repair people were either unsolvable or would require very costly replacement of parts. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Had a refrigerator issue they were able to come and fix same day. Jim was prompt and professional and seemed to do a good job. Felt they charged a very fair price for the service call and the work that was done.

I had been putting off a number of issues with some kitchen appliances recently and came across NYC Appliance Care.
I gave them a call and they were able to quickly estimate what they thought the issue was, and most importantly were able to handle issues across multiple appliances in one trip! (both fridge + stove top/oven).
Alex the technician arrived on time (same day!), promptly diagnosed the issues, provided a number of options and solutions, found the parts that needed to be replaced, quickly installed the fixes, and confirmed that all was working before he left.
I could not recommend Alex + team more. They will be my first call moving forward for anything appliance related in the city. Thank you, Alex!
