Marina is simply the best at what she does! She is extremely warm, patient, and caring. Marina helped me reorganize my apartment quickly, efficiently, and we even had FUN! She helped me make conscious decisions about items that I decided to keep or donate and helped change my perspective on the space in my apartment. I am SO grateful for Marina; I will definitely have her come over at least once a year to help keep my apartment organized!

Marina is a gem. I tried for years to declutter and organize on my own, but finally realized I was in over my head. After vetting one company and 4 individual organizers, I decided to work with Marina. Her work showed that she was able to both repurpose and use storage solutions. On our virtual tour, she was friendly and easy to talk to. She is energetic, reliable, efficient, thorough and respectful. She is also fun and easy to work with – these are important qualities as decluttering and reorganizing can be very taxing! She responded quickly to my concerns and questions, helped me donate and made relevant product recommendations. Working alongside her, I saw how much creativity it took to reconfigure my apartment into an organized space that is both beautiful and functional. I now have a working system that I can maintain. This project was a very big personal undertaking for me, and I am so grateful for her expertise, assistance and patience. Marina went above and beyond to transform my place. I feel like I’ve moved to a new place. I would definitely work with her again. Recommend her highly!

Arrived on time! Worked without a break. Very respectful of our space and belongings. Things were let go only with my approval. Got great tips on how to keep space organized and neat! I am able to close my closet’s door for the 1st time in years ! :D Thanks, NY Organized!

My work schedule these days is atrocious, but Marina worked with me and came at 3 PM while I was still working in my home office. Every so often she peaked in to ask a quick question so that by 9pm everything was cleared and organized to perfection. It was important to work around my schedule and be self-sufficient because a sofa was getting delivered within a few days that I was unable to prepare for. It would’ve been disaster...so now the space is ready and the remaining house is not cluttered with the random things from the original space. We just moved and had I known she lends her assistance in packing/unpacking/move organizing as well I would have reached out a lot sooner....next time!

NY Organized did a rock star job of organizing and unpacking several boxes for me, but they also put together a long-neglected box containing a new shelf that I had been putting off! This wasn’t even part of the job and no problem, done and done! Highly recommended for impeccable customer service and work ethic. Thank You NY Organized!
