awful. stay away. crooks. had to change 4 times. icing was that i lost a remote and asked for replacement they wanted to charge $400 and $100 for programming. i bought it from a company for $89 and program free. DONT EVEN CONSIDER.

Punctual and professional. Designer was very helpful with selection and installation was done on time. I'm going to call them again for shades in kitchen window. Product is pricy (NYC Blinds is at market), hence the "C" rating on price, but worth every penny.

NY City blinds ordered exactly what I wanted and kept me updated while the blinds were being custom made. They called me when they received the blinds in their shop and we scheduled a mutually agreeable installation date. Installers were prompt, efficient and polite and did their job. No fuss, no drama, just a nice pair of blinds installed for a very reasonable price!

We stopped into their store - where we met Leo Moscovich, the showroom manager. He was helpful and charming - qualities he maintained throughout. We arranged for him to come to our apartment to show us some things. With his expert help, we made our selections. The shades arrived as promised in the timeframe promised. The installer (Juan) was quick, neat, and of excellent humor. All of my design and construction interactions should be as good as this. Yes, the shades are wonderful. And yes, we would enthusiastically recommend this company.

They did a great job, the installer was very neat and everything was done perfectly. Maritzo the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right blinds, he was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I was able to negotiate a price with them. The salesman was pushy but I got a lower price. The salesman and installer showed up late. The installer did fine once he showed up. He didn't clean up after himself that well though.
