They were supposed to clean 3 whole rugs. However, they only spot cleaned them. The destroyed one rug by making a light pet urine stain into a dark stain 4 times the size. They wouldn't try and fix it. We will now sue them in small claims court for the cost of cleaning and the cost of the damaged rug.

HORRIBLE - we were scammed and lied to.

Very badly. Yes they removed the stain. But within hours after my cream colored couch dried the whole couch was cover in brown water stains. I immediately contacted them to inform them and ask to rectify the problem. They did not have the courtesy to return my calls. I asked for someone to come out the fix the stain left by their technician, they only replied via text but would not commit to a time / date. They told me it was old stains inside my couch - my couch was a month old and had no previous staining. After two weeks of applying customer services I called another company to rectify it. They told me the machine of the previous company was not powerful enough to suck out the water and hence left the staining.
