+ -1 moreJob went very well. Floor had been painted black by previous owner, so I wasn't sure how it would come out. New York Flooring rep assured me the refinishing would be fine, and it was.
Description of Work: Removed carpet from bedroom and then sanded, stained, and sealed (water-based polyurethane) the floor.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES INSTALLING THE FLOOR WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHILE INSTALLING THE FLOOR AND MADE SURE THE PIECES MATCHED UP. THE MESS THAT WAS MADE WAS CLEANED UP RIGHT AWAY.
